Sounds like someone on teh jury is trying to argue that since Vanessa didnt rape, she didnt perpetrate the crime.

Earlier, when it looked like they were coming along quickly, asking only about Criminal Responsibility missing under a charge, I thought maybe they weren't as dull as we thought. This question proved me wrong.

It sounds like they truly do have an extremely stubborn and willfully obtuse juror in there. (The Daphne obsessed one, no doubt. )

I hope it's just one, and the rest of them are groaning at the person's refusal to listen.

I've seen people like that cause a hung jury, though, and i wish there were a way to get them thrown off.

If you take Davidson's verdict form, and remove counts 1, 2, 3, 4, 17, and 20, you should end up with Vanessa's verdict form.

No, but I sent texts from my phone and it sent me one back asking for a usename. Then it sent me one saying I had sent my first tweet. If she sends out any tomorrow I will see if it works, I guess.

I posted this morning how many hours the respective juries deliberated in each trial. The Cobbins jury, which was also from Nashville, deliberated a full day with no verdict as this one has. They came back with a verdict after two hours the second day.

If its about the murder of Chris Newsom, they may be going the same route as the Cobbins jury. That one found Cobbins not guilty of Chris' murder and guilty of Channon's. But as I have written, they say you can never anticipate a jury.

Go to your twitter page. on the top right of the page click on Settings.

At the top of the next page click on Mobile.

On that page make sure your cell phone number shows up. If it doesn't add your number. Make sure device updates are on. And I've restricted my updates not to happen between midnight and 6am.

Then save your changes.

You should then be able to activate that mobile symbol on any twitter page you follow.

BBM. It does appear to be a certain juror. These worst type of personality when it comes to information gathering and absorbtion. They know it all, have their mind made up, and no one can tell/teach them anything. In reality they are dumb and ignorant because they have never learned a thing in that narrowminded little world they exist in.

This trial has me on edge tonight. For the life of me I can not figure out what that one juror is obviously thinking. I mean she was there the WHOLE time, and the only time that she mentions anything about being held captive herself is when it's self serving to her to avoid charges. I just don't get it. I sincerely hope that the issue is on holding her responsible for Chris's death and they've already decided on guilty for Channon, at the least. I will really have to doubt humanity these days if this doesn't turn out right.

All the pictures from today are especially heart wrenching, but the picture of TK speaks volumes of the weight of the prosecutors and the judge in this case. Wow.

Jury here and back at it. Roughly 8 hours total deliberations so far. Judging by ?s yesterday not much progress
