I'm sorry, but I just don't find this to be mitigating. There are many people out there who don't know their fathers, who have "unstable" mothers, even endure horrible abuse, who don't go on to brutally rape and torture and murder TWO PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!

Exactly, but what a waste. A little baby grown into a boy grown into a man, not with hopes and dreams or ambition to study, serve, protect, contribute, but when the time came, all too ready to chose evil over good, tapping into a real vein of mayhem and destruction. It's an American tale and tragedy.

I love this prosecutor, Fitzgerald. She's brought up how the rest of the children have grown up to be good citizens.

Other brother LeKendrick in school, lives with his father.

I'm guessing the jury is feeling the way you do. Many of them probably had hard lives too. I'm not sure she's a very good mitigator.
