They did not offer a plea bargain to any of the main five suspects in this case.

I realize that. I just thought that you did not have to plea bargain in order to testify against someone else in which you committed a crime with.

On a side note, I looked up how long sperm lives inside a mouth. Its no more than 13 hours. Cobbins stated he orally raped Channon soon after she was brought back to the house. His was the only sperm found in the mouth and that was after beach was poured into it. I also read that sperm is delicate and can be destroyed easily, especially by bleach. All this in itself means to me that his story is a lie (of course we all knew that anyway)...

Assault is lesser included charge for murder so jury could acquit guy of killing but pop him for hurting same vic

For especially aggravated rape lesser charges include rape and sexual battery for instance

Judge has to not only recite actual charges but also lesser charges for each crime category

Jury wants to take Sunday off so deliberations won't start till Monxay
