Jury has been dismissed for the weekend. Judge will pick the alternates on Monday. The jury will pick a foreman then.

Will bring in the jury and give discussion. Will send alternates back to hotel since there is nothing for them to do at the courthouse. Talking about which exhibits to send with the jury.

Exhibits that have to be handled with gloves to preserve DNA, will have to be requested by jurors for the judge to allow them to review

he more than 400 exhibits have been prepared for jury review during deliberations. All photographs and documents will be sent with jurors

Judge will prepare in the event they have a sentencing hearing. Hear some evidence and written statements to be presented at that time? Hear mitigating evidence. Prosecution. Do that at 10am.

The fourth alternate a (white male) replaced a white female juror who was excused on Saturday. Judge won't say why she was excused.

Two white men and one black man have just been escorted out of the jury room. They are apparently the alternates going back to their hotel.
