If we had to drink every time someone said the word "unstable" we would all be three sheets to the wind at this point...

OK, cousin is saying he didn't have stable life after Aunt Rose died. Wonder why her family didn't take him in if they knew his mom was so unstable.

  • #623
It appears that members of the family actually finished school and are in college and/or working at gainful employment. Lucky enough to have an aunt who took them and taught them right from wrong, took them to church. Was a big influence in the children's lives. Cobbins made a choice to be a 🤬🤬🤬🤬 and then a rapist and murderer.

Don't address the victims families!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND HOW THEY FEEL!

  • #625
Why does the defense ask if the witness would like to have Cobbins in their life; if they would go visit him? Wouldn't the Newsomes and Christians like to have their children in their life? visit them? They weren't given that option. Cobbins and his cohorts took that away from them.

Might be a good idea after having to listen to this for the past twenty minutes.

So the family would go see him if he's given LWOP, yet they never went to see him in Kentucky. Hmmm.

W/ family throwing Davidson under bus to try to save Cobbins, will they testify for Davidson if he's convicted?

Cobbins cousin has master's degree

TK to sis - "do u think u had tough childhood?" Sis: "yes" TK - "did u make something of urself?" Sis: "yes"

Another sis says Cobbins "very protective of me."

Younger sis - Cobbins "didn't have father figure"

Remember Job Corps in the Christa Pike case? Cobbins part of one in Ky.

TK again showing younger sis made it out, graduated, working, no crime

Younger sis - Davidson tricked her into committing a break-in when she was little

Younger sis has happier view of Cobbins childhood so far

Ok, now it's time to blame the father. Tommy's a nice man, but he has a quick temper. He used to have a problem with alchohol, but doesn't any more.

So Cobbins had family that was trying to help him get into the job corp and make something of himself, yet he chose to be with Davidson.

Interesting observation.

Geeze, this lady hadn't spoke to him since 2004. Suddenly he matters to them?

Maybe if some of these people took Cobbins under their wing things would have been different.

All in the family were shocked when they found out that Letalvis was involved in this crime.

Another cousin says Cobbins dad "didn't want to be involved" with trying to save his son's life in penalty phase

Cousin begs jury for mercy

TK - sounds like Cobbins had just as manu "positive role models" in life as bad

Using the words 'unstable' and 'shocked' for that drinking game, we could be drunk pretty fast.

Letalvis quiet and polite. He's a wonderful person.

Cobbins was a cute kid. Too bad he grew up to be a murderer, rapist.

Who is LeKendrick?

Scott Green showing cute shots of a young, grinning Cobbins

Cousin: "Letalvis would give u his legs if u needed them"

Pointing out she really has had no recent contact. Doesn't know his friends etc. and has not visited him in jail since he was arrested for murder.
