Judge explaining defense attorney's basically are a necessary part. No one is to address or make comments about them. Defence lawyers are doing what they are required to do.

I take it the pot trick didn't go down well.

They didn't go to the area of town where the killers lived.

They went to a friend's place in another part of town to watch a movie, and they were carjacked from there, and then the killers took them to their house.

The killers went out that night with the intention of committing a carjacking, according to the interrogation of Cobbins, aka "Rome", iirc.

I didn't think they watched a movie at all??? The 'part' of town they went to was not so great either. I was just wondering if they went around there to buy some MJ or were just in that area for other reasons... just wondering.

I don't think that requires nasty shots at victims, so don't blame the parents.

What annoys me more is in the sentencing phase when the family of the defendent says how they 'used' to be such a good person and family man... and how much he will be missed if given the death penalty :furious: .

I haven't heard anything that contradicted that that was the reason they were there, but I might have just missed it. I guess we'll find out if it's a matter of dispute...

Well that's what Channon told her dad when she called around midnight. She had been kidnapped by that point and was at Davidson's house. IMO, she was told to say that so her parents wouldn't miss her. The rest of their friends had been told Chris was going to take Channon out to dinner then they would show up at the birthday party around 10ish.
