So, let me get this straight. Davidson's carjacking history can't come in but the victims drug stuff can? How is that justice? Victims may have done drugs. Victims may have been at an Exxon. I'm guessing Davidson will say he didn't carjack anyone, somehow. If that's the case, how the fridge isn't Davidson's prior carjacking related to this case? Plus, I still think that by NOT trying these defendents together, NO ONE will be convicted for raping and killing Chris. They all blame each other. Can their statements blaming each other come in? If they can't somehow, no one will be held responsible for Chris. Cobbins got away with it because he said Davidson did it, that Newsome was taken out and Cobbins never saw him again. It seems Davidson is now going to say that it wasn't him either. If no one raped and killed Chris, then how did he get raped and killed? Sometimes I dispair at our 'justice' system. Why on earth can't they try these people together. They are blame each other. In that case, why not put them all in one place and let the jury sort it out?

No, but IIRC, Davidson and Boyd had robbed that location that week. I guess the defense has a witness to place Chris and Channon there. Which is obvious BS.

Jenkins testifying to see the 4runner coming and going from Chipman house. Being driven by dark males. They checked him out closely. scoping him, IMO.

Returned from deliveries and saw 4runner in parking lot. Thought it was stolen vehicle. Defense objects. Judge says no comentary. lol.
