So is this lawyer trying to say they Channon or Chris may have called Davidson and hung up before answering. Kinda lllike a signal.

These kids were not at that house buying drugs, and even if they were they still did not deserve what was done to them.

Sorry just getting here today.
Good to see you, jn. :)

It really is preposterous.

Worst of all, is their trying to say Channon had consensual sex with that disgusting 🤬🤬🤬.

Ditto, if I don't have my cell I can't check my messages..would never know what number or password. When I do check my messages I hit Voicemail..have no idea what the password is...I'd forget it anyway..lol

Exactly. That needs to be corrected - it was important enough for the defense to ask as one of very few questions, I don't want it left the way he liked it. I mean, since he wants to make it seem like you need the password.

I believe in the last trial during sentencing, Channon's brave mother Deena, told the jury she was saving herself for marriage. I believe this too because they seem very, very close. That really made me cry after I heard that, turning something so wonderful into something so horrendous and wrong. Bless her heart.

ETA: Totally quoted the wrong post. Sorry. I don't know how to fix it.

There's Jamie from one of the stations. Judge is getting a fresh cup, guesses next witness is engineer. For once, I agree with judge.

  • #306
Radio frequency engineer. Designs network. Locates best places for future towers. Telecom/engineering degree.

about 120 cell towers in Knox county with mapable boundaries

I wish we could tape and keep this guys testimony. We could refer back to it in other cases.

  • #309
His job to map and optimize boundaries. Most towers have three antenas, each serving a different geographic boundary.

That would be great.

But if move from where call originated, can't necessarily show or track movement during the call. But can tell where call ended.

  • #314
Am I understanding the correct term is called switch records and not ping records?

  • #315
Cell records - at least the ones he gave the pros - show only where calls originate from and the location the user was in when they end.... not any travel during the call.

  • #316
Switch records being discussed. Start date, connect time(when send or received hit), duration of call, originating number

  • #317
Time stamp "shows when customer hit send... or when the call was received." hmm..

  • #318
Dial digit - switch knows to add the area code if someone only types the 7 digits.

  • #319
5th column is dialed digits, 6th called number with all digits, 7th call type--mobile to mobile or land to mobile, next doesn't know, others don't have relevant meanings for this trial. Last is originating sector in hexadecimal computer code.

I think he's getting too technical. This might go over the juries head.
