Responded to Davidson arrest sight.

Jan 11th, afternoon. Davidson already in custody, was in cruiser. Did not observe him.

Jury has questions for Daphne that the judge can't ask. They're probably very good and important, but disallowed by our skewed in favor of the defense, biased justice system.

I honestly think the jury can put 2 and 2 together and realize that when they are asking these questions if they can't get an answer then they know something is up. I hope so anyway!!!

I expected Daphne's testimony to be much more ...substantial.. :sheesh:

She put Davidson in the house during the crime and showed that he had the victims' property. Disputes his probable claim that, "Oh wow, the gang from Kentucky did this...not me....I wasn't there...I didn't have anything to do with this."

Although, like Davidson's pointing a gun at Stacey and his prior carjacking, his physical abuse of Daphne was apparently not admissible as evidence in our jacked-up criminal justice system.

He knew the 'jig' was up... even his buddy didn't want to go back to the abandoned house or be around him.

Yolorado, I totally feel your pain. I am sick to my stomach over what's happening in this trial. The defense has given me a bad headache this morning. Overall I am disgusted. The poor poor parents having to experience this.

I agree. I think that keeping these things from the jury may actually hurt the defense more than the prosecution. Seriously. The judge will tell the jury to not make assumptions and just go by the evidence, but in a way, non-answers are sort of evidence. I think it might benefit the defense to just go ahead and tell the jury what they want to know. But I'm not a hot-shot defense stud attorney.
