I think the whole group of Letalvis, George, Vanessa and Guttaslim did this horrid crime together and they are just blaming each other after the fact, and the victims, trying to escape responsibility. This is an evil, slimey tactic facilitated by defense attorneys who play the game and by our out-of -wack, in favor of the defense, so-called US justice system. There is one story here and justice is not served by parsing it so that separate juries get to hear several separate versions favorable to specific separate defendants. This is injustice in action, not truth and justice.

I'm just now catching up on the posts and want to say this one just nails it. :bow:

I also would like to think that if Americans were following this case, there'd be an outcry and some adjustments made.

Brandy had car she didn't. Rec'd call from Daphne on Jan 5th. Picked her up on Cherry Street. Between 12 and 2pm. Brought her back to apartment. Friday night they watched a movie and Daphne went on date. Saturday spent with Daphne and Brandy. Saturday Daphne went on date. Brandy and Cassie stayed home that night. Sunday got phone call from Kayla, said slim calling and banging on her door looking for Daphne.

Cassie and Brandy drove Daphne to Chipman house. RAining. Slim came to door and Daphne went inside the front door. Cassie and Brandy stayed in the car. She could see a few people because blanket on door pulled back and front door left open. Daphne came out, carrying Sears bag got in car and they left. Talking about how odd clothes were, not new, wrong size.

Cassie puts Gutter at the house during the crime during a time when Channon was almost certainly being hidden by him and testifies that he had the property of the victims which he gave to Daphne.

But pretty good change defense will insinuate Cassie's a spacey drug addict who didn't know Saturday from Sunday or Slim from Jim.

Cassie Iding pants. Daphne might have talked to Davidson about the clothes, 30-40 minutes later Davidson came buy was later 10ish, music was blasting. Grayish SUV.

Never saw SUV before. Iding it in pics. Davidson was driving. Music was loud and they told him to turn it down. Stayed 10 minutes or so and left. Cassie and Brandy went to bed.

Monday they sat around for a little while. Got phone call from Davidson that he was locked out of house, can he stay with them. He came over. 2-3pm.

When he gets over there Brandy, cassie and Daphne at the house.

They watch movie, did laundry. Leaving Daphne and Davidson there. That was it for the night.

Tuesday morning. Maintenance man came 8am, fell asleep till 11-12. Woke up did housework. Davidson and Daphne stayed in room entire time. 4ishpm, Daphne's mom called. Took to Daphne the phone.

Asked Davidson to leave I guess. Took Davidson in car. Daphne and Davidson in backseat. Took to a park in Ridgebrook? They went back to apartment. Took Daphne to meet US Marshall's or Detectives.

She's confirming Daphne's recounting of events very well. Good witness.
