No one hit or hurt Davidson. Once at KPD they went in elevator to third floor to interview. No one hurt, hit or beat him while in his custody.

Describing interview room. Camera in room, table couple of chairs.

Mr Davidson had pants on, white tshirt. no shoes, handcuffed.

Defense cross. Couple of days before arrest he was in Knox county. Was not part in search for Davidson. Not aware of news broadcast showing Davidson pics. Noting house surrounded by alot of LE vehicles, lots of officers, Spec ops hotzone vehicle....Skeery tank.

Traced to a licensee that can't be located - musta been lost or stolen.

Explaining how he became involved in Davidson interrogation. He was involved because of federal arrest warrants. When he got there Davidson in interview room. Dressed in blue jeans baggy shirt, no injuries to face, no shoes. He was in the room entire interview.

Did not catch something about Davidson, ahhh, read Davidson rights showing signed waiver.
