Yolorado, typically crips are blue and bloods red. I remember there being some comment about Davidson not letting Daphne wear red, which would indicate a crip affiliation and also would clearly account for blue banadana which nearly all crips carry/use.

Has anyone heard anything more about Susan Hill? She is the defense witness who is afraid to testify on behalf of Davidson. She has asked the judge for a protective order to quash a subpoena for her testimony. She is afraid for her safety and the safety of her family. The defense asked the judge to turn off the cameras for her testimony but admits that Hill does not think her testimony is relevant. Hill is aware of the death threats against the attorneys and the harsh statements made by the community to the media.

Like someone said, TK just set up the possibility that Chris was raped at the house and not taken away for and hour or more, which kind of rains on both Davidson's and Cobbin's parade. Witnesses have put the car at Chipman at 12:30 ish. The ME puts death at about 1:45 and the rape 1-2 hours prior to death. If he was in the house, and where else would he be for 2 hours, then there a good chance everyone in the house who's talking about someone else taking him away (not them, they didn't really interact with the guy) before anyone who didn't take him away saw him is probably BS.

IT SUX TO BE U LD WHAT A WASTE OF AIR (this is so emotionally charged for me as a stranger, sitting at home that I'm prone to outbursts so I know the only reason these parents and loved ones can contain themselves in the courtroom is they do not want ANYTHING to cause a mistrial or damage the prosecution's case, and they want to be there at his sentencing! Good job by TF but this ME just signed LD's death certificate.

Of course, we have cross by the, IMO, slimey defense guy. (You're not the only one ranting here.) But she was excellent under cross in Cobbins, so we'll see what she does here. Wait until you see how shattering her Channon testimony is. To me, she represents true advocacy, not for the prosecution or defense, but for Chris and Channon. They can NOT speak for themselves, so this women uses science very effectively to speak for them, to tell what happened to them and to show what they endured.

yep, Yolorado, agree. I suspect chris was brought right in and raped with Channon watching. Then he was forced to watch channon's rape. This accounts for the lag between the arrival and rape and his death. Lemarcus then either assisters boyd,G and Letalvis in taking chris and killing him, or he gives the otehrs his gun to do it. It doesnt matter though, since if he gives them the gun, he is part of his killing. I wonder though if Channon was also taken out to the railroad tracks. did she have dirt on her feet? This would account for why she had put her pants back on after the first rape. Sorry to be so graphic.

Test positive for alchohol (I think she said .01), for the aderol (?) and for marajuana consistent with occasional use. Negative for a battery of other substances. No cocaine. Not any else.

Chris had amphetamines, marijuana and .01 of alcohol in his system. I missed the amounts of the amphetamines and marijuana but she did state that the marijuana amount was common for occasional users.

Is Davison handcuffed during the testimony? I notice that during breaks when the camera pans over to him and he is standing he already has his hands cuffed behind his back. I wondered if they cop is cuffing him immediately at breaks, or if they have left him cuffed during this testimony. He wanst cuffed during the other days. It would be highly unusual for a defendant to be shackled during trial but it does happen if the court is worried about safetly.

Some of what we heard today wasn't in the Cobbins trial. They put the Chris part together way better this time. Don't remember whether Shannon had dirty feel. You're right though, they must have either had her put her jeans back on or maybe (excuse ME), they raped her with them on, just pulled down.

I read on Yvette Martinez's twitter page that the reason for the breaks is that one or more jury members started to get emotional. The first break especially since Mary Newsom started to cry and one juror started as well.
