Agree. She's so clearly, and constantly, tyring to hone her immage as a wonderful mom, and inspired crime victim, and a bulldog prosecutor, that she's often working so hard at it that I can't even focus on the crimes she's featuring.

He probably decided not to take the stand when his lawyers told him how his brother messed up by getting on the stand and blabbering.

Also, the jury would further see that he's not the conservative librarian that his defense lawyers have dressed him up to be. Of course, they may have given him speech lessons.

Pros Close- The crime, the horrible crime. His house (when he was there.) His DNA. His prints. His control of property of victims. His lies and attitude in general and his taped statement.

Defense- Reasonable doubt, yada, yada. Defendant doesn't have to testify, yada, yada. Our GREAT system of justice. (My eyeballs. It's not THAT great when you look at trials like this one.) Alternate explanation. If drugs were involved. (Where were they? And why, since Chris apparently had weed in his truck?) Could have be consentual sex. (Channon with this guy? Only in your freaking slimey dreams.) Channon was one of LeMaricus' white chicks. (Channon with this guy? Only in your freaking slimey dreams.) Again, our wonderful justice system. (Turn around and ask the Christians how wonderful it's been for them.) Maybe the DNA indicating other male's DNA indicates Channon was ho. (Yeah, in your slimey dreams.) Maybe the police work was incompetent. (And for certain, your client is a carjacker. What kind of GREAT justice system won't let us talk about that?)

Pros- re-close Covers some of of parenthesized items above. Then resums. In Davidson's house. He was there. She was raped. His DNA is in her. Her stuff was in his house. He was in his house. Newsome was raped. Davidson had Newsome's stuff too. Newsome was killed with bare feet. Davidson had his shoes. Newsome was tied with Davidson's sheets.

Really think they have him, on everything this time. One can never be sure at this point, but if he walks, which he shouldn't, there is no justice.
