The pic showed the q-tip inside the rectum without her fingers holing anus open - he hoped it would prove she was lying - she answers that they let go just for the pic taking, because they want to show everything as it was, without interfering with appearance of lacerations, bruising.

I guess you guys were right about Davidson not being cuffed. He just always keeps his hands behind his back naturally. Probably habit of being cuffed a lot in his past. I did notice that he has been actively talking to his attorneys today. Much more involved with his defense than Cobbins was.

I'm disappointed that they couldn't(?) call the woman - Ethyl? - friend of Davidson's who lived at the apartments where the carjacking happened - presumably, he was supposed to visit her that night but never showed up. Right?

ETA: ...or the security man who said he had seen him at those apartments...

The judge will need to advise Davidson that he has a right to testify, but that he will be subject to cross-examination if he does, etc. I doubt he will testify.

If Davidson's dna not on panties, indicates that panties were not put on before the pants. ME says obviously she was not wearing panties.

So glad for this - huge point contradicting defense - everyone knows she would have put her panties back on if she had just had consensual sex with him and was free to do so.
