They drug test every potential employee. Channon was drug tested. All was negative except for for oxycodone. Jan 2006.

Employee health records reflect....defense objects....judge won't allow further questions!!!

Channon had to take an intitial drug screen to be hired - only showed some oxycodone... TK asks if she was aware that Channon had a car wreck just prior - defense objects for hearsay ... witness says it's in the record. Judge wants the keeper of records to give that evidence.

Chris's bank records reflect. Jan 6th had a savings and checking and truck loan.

Made 100 dollar withdrawal. He had a balance in his accounts over 900.00 dollars.

I'm sure glad TK got that in about the car wreck within jury's hearing, even though it wasn't accepted as evidence.

IIRC, he said it might be a couple of hours before jury brought back in. Administrative stuff to take care of?

Both the defense lawyers are disgusting, but the fat, little, smug one makes my blood boil.

Why was everyone called back in (except the jury)?

I didn't catch the time for lunch, but did he say closing arguments shouldn't last more than 2 hours?

It's going to take quite awhile for him to read the charges, too, I'd assume.
