IIRC, this is where the pros and defense agree on how to read the charges to the jury. IIRC, if defendant pleads guilty to any charges, the jury only consider the charge at sentencing etc.

suzi, muffet, someone... is judge saying the other charges are considered separately like w Cobbins? How does this work re robbery charges et al? They don't even know what the charges are? I'm so confused (It's my understanding Cobbins has yet to be tried or at least sentenced re those additional charges.)

I was just thinking about how Davidson was giving away Channons clothes and other items from the 4 runner. How he was wearing Chris's shoes. Just that in its self tells he was the one who did the carjacking, he felt these items were his for the taking and giving. I think he is going to be charged with all of it, I am just worried about the charge of murder against Chris, proving it was Davidson who killed him.

Cobbins pled on some minor charges, did he not? And the jury had the option of accepting his plea or finding him guilty of more substantive charges. I don't think Beast (LD) will plead to anything. I hope TK has one hell of a closing argument. She needs to shoot down all of Thing1 and Thing2's arguments that Chris and Channon knew Beast since BEAST HIMSELF denied ever seeing them or selling them drugs! Lets hope the jury gets it right.

Julie, i think the fact that Davidson had chris's shoes is very telling. Especially since they didnt really fit him. He claimed those shoes as a trophy. It shows me that Slim was the leader of the pack. He took the spoils: the shoes, the cell phone, the debit card, he gave away the clothes to HIS girl. If someone else had been the leader, they would have ended up with those items. Plus Davidson essentially admitted that it was HIS gun that was used to kill chris.

GT is scheduled to be tried in a couple/few months. I think in December.

Vanessa Coleman's trial was postponed - I haven't seen any dates set yet.

I just caught the end of the testimony of the independent DNA lab girl. Did the prosecution ask her WHEN she was retained to test those panties? If I remember correct, the state had just forgot about the panties,and/or didnt realize their significance. But it was the defense that brought them up and asked that they be tested. Almost as if slim told his attornies that there would be other semen on them. My guess is that there other members of Slim's crips gang that raped her that night OR that semen got on the panties when they were in the possession of Daphne. Remember, she admitted being with a couple of guys that weekend, but curiously couldn't remember their real names.

I like how when the lawyers asked if the judge were going to put a time limit on them, he said no, but he also stated (while looking at the defense's table) that he would stop them if they starting saying the same thing over and over.
