Snap. TK just put Davidson very likely using Chris's phone after he was dead as he was trying to get ahold of Daphne. Someone got a wrong number on that phone that was almost the same as Daphne's friend.

I missed that during the testimony. ouch, that is devestating for Slim.

I think she's doing well. Hasn't gotten into the consentual sex thingy. She's pretty much showing the Davidson was there the WHOLE time, and in the car quite probably taking Chris to his death after his rape.

Point out that no dna on panties means she put jeans on without them, and she wouldn't have put her pants back on without her panties if she had consensual sex and was leaving. That is what the Defense is going to try to say she did.

Don't think she's going to deal with the possibility of consensual sex. Probably a good plan. Let the defense try to make that case if they want to. It's really silly when you think of it. There is nothing to indicate anything but pure fantasy that could have happened. If they bring it up, pros will no doubt take it on in re-close.

Taking more time to connect Chris to Davidson. Davidson had gone and took Chris' shoes.

He had the intent to commit felony and someone ended up dead whether he pulled trigger or not, means he's responsible.

Coincidentally it is also LD whom VC in her interview places awake and gone from the house long before anyone else that following day. I believe he is the one who went back to Chris' body to burn.

Not sure we'll ever know why he kept and wore the shoes. But he can't get away from them now. I think thos shoes are really the worst evidence against him.
