OK, these are all the shots I got of the photos the judge is allowing... I didn't catch or remember which ones on each page, though...

Yea I'm like Gary, the screening by defense was absurd. Ok I'll try and settle down now, sorry... (heavy sigh) 24-48 hours. Max. Prolly see y'all back here tomorrow, Thurs. at the latest. They just gotta get thru that paperwork.

And yet, no objection. Could that be what they're discussing and hoping for?:

If they object, they have to make those objections now. If I was the prosecutor I would just say, judge, just tell me what kinds of pics I can use, and how many, let me decide which ones channon looks best in.

wow, I'm suppose to leave at 5:00 to show a house to a prospective tenant. I hope I don't miss the verdict.........this is going to be excruciating. I keep expecting this monster to do something outrageous during the reading of the verdict.......

It does take a lot of time to go through all those documents. I wonder if the attorney on the jury is helping to explain some of the charges.

Wow! Channon was going to help kids. Just think she may have been the one person to help someone like Davidson before he became the monster he is. It's sad to know someone who could've made a difference was taken at such a young age.
It's hard to miss the irony that she was majoring in sociology, isn't it? And only a semester away from graduating.

I don't know I am thinking Cobbins should be allowed to give a statement for Davidson. He is family........

I could just imagine how that would go! Seriously, I wonder who will speak on his behalf. Certainly none of the family that spoke on Cobbins behalf, because they all said the could easily see Lemarcus being involved in something like this, and how bad his temper was, etc.

Guess I'm just frustrated w the imbalance of power, even now LD appears to have the upper hand and remain in control... grrrrrrr.....

By lone, will keep ya posted if I hear anything.

Jury to be brought in at 5:15 to see how late they want to go. That will give us a good indication how far along they are I would think.

  • #353
People are coming back into the courtroom? I just saw Gary's mother come in and sit down, and someone else... and TK is at her table... so is Price...

  • #354
Per Jamie- jury wants to go home.

Oh, ok... Thank you, Prairie.

Sheesh, I'm jumpy.

Court back in session. :o

Just now catching up on posts, and this one just... :spit:

Per Jamie- jury wants to go home.

This may mean they are almost finished. Jamie speculated they have already decided the murder charges unless they had started with the bottom charges, which is unlikely.

Jury wants to call it a day, judge wholeheartedly approves.. gives them the usual drill about not deliberating or watching news.. bids them good evening, and slaps the banister as an adieu. ;)

  • #359
Seems odd for the Judge to tell them "have a good evening". They have sat through a week of hell, have the images of tortured brutalized and murdered kids in their heads, and now have another man's life in their hands that they know they will decide tomorrow. I seriously doubt they have a good evening.

Update: Victim impact statements reviewed
http://www.wbir.com/news/local/story.aspx?storyid=102893&catid=2

Interesting tidbit from the story:
Both families are wearing read as a show of solidarity and because Sutton testified Davidson would not let her wear red because he hated red.

Davidson admitted to officers that he was in a gang. Investigators say he and his brother Letalvis Cobbins are members of the crips. Crips typically wear blue and their enemies "bloods" wear red.
