Wowza, there usually isn't this much activity after the jury is off to deliberate.

Jurors are reviewing Davidson's statement. Foreman asked if can zoom in on his face. Answer - nope

The statement two hours long so could be in for a long. Just speculation but if they want to see face, r they gauging claim of fear

That's the only reason I can come up with, since they already had the transcript to see what he said... the only reason to see the video would be to shows how he said it. ...how scared he was...

Good morning everyone. Think we get a verdict today? I'm guessing we do. Shortly after this video is shown. Was it the court's idea to show the entire video? or the jurors?

I still don't get why he insisted there was only one bullet missing from his gun.

Like the old saying......give him the rope and let him hang himself. Hopefully that is what this tape will do.

The jurors. And I have no idea where they are... hoping at the end, wanting to determine how afraid he was as to why he fled?

In one of the confessions it was said Davidson took George Thomas out and told him he would have to prove himself, so I am thinking George had a gun and the one shot missing from Davidson's gun is the one that hit Chris in the head. That is how he knows one shot is missing.

I was thinking about this case last night and a few things occurred to me. Is it my understanding the Prosecution beleives that Chris was driven to the railroad tracks in the 4runners? I always had just assumed he was forced to walk, but that would make sense. But that in turn got me to thinking about the gas can. I think Daphne had indicated the gas cans were hers, or her dads. She had run out of gas some time earlier and he gave her the gas can. After she used it, she put it in the back of the house, bck step. Is that correct? Well, the others involved were not actually living in the house. Seems a bit unlikely they would have known about that gas can. But Lemarcus would have known exactly where it was. Just some more possible evidence that he was fully involved with Chris's execution.

I am wondering if the pics of E's phone somehow implicate GT. Both of their statements are sealed and no one is mentioning the pics other than that E had pics of Chris on his phone. Did E take pics of GT doing something to Chris and prosecution has all of that tightly under wraps so that the defenses of Cobbins and Davidson could not say, Aha! There is your killer, see our guy had nothing to do with it! Maybe E had some kind of deal that has been tightly kept by the prosecution I don't know. I just don't know how they are going to get GT with the absence of DNA evidence? Thoughts??

Having a prescription for panic attacks doesn't make her a drug addict," Deena Christian says

Good am. Need coffee. :/ Even tho they had transcripts they might have wanted to watch him swear up and down how he didn't know Channon, "never seen her before" etc one last time. Taking kids to school. Be back soon.... Praying jury comes back w verdict sometime today.

I'm not sure. I havent followd his case nearly as close as the first two, but you're right, seems to be a real lack of evidence against him. Of course, we dont know what his statement say, do we? Perhaps one of the other defendants is going to roll over on him. You could be right about the alleged photos on E's phone. And the defense didnt want to show them because perhaps they clearly place the rape of chris in the house. Who knows, just speculation. I do have to believe that E has received some sort of deal, from the Feds most likely. Speaking of E, i was rewatching a clip of the Christian's after E's trial and they were very upset by something E's parents had said during sentening. Does anyone know what they said?

No clue, but I hope like hell they have something that definitive. The thought of no one being held accountable for Chris' murder or his never daddy never getting to give and get that impact statement out of his system is gut-wrenching.

The problem is that the prosecution can't say anyone else was a trigger man now, undoing their points about "pop pop pop" requiring Davidson's gun... Can they? Legally? Ethically?

I mean, seems it's only acceptable for defense attys to change up their stories to match the need of the moment.

Watching the tape as opposed to reading the transcript also shows what Slim is wearing (or not wearing - shoes). It could be that the jury just wanted to see one simply thing, but the court may have said they cant take things out of context, have to watch from beginning to end.

Yes! With all the lawyers around him, I bet he's inquired. Must have gotten a good answer. It was noticeable yesterday that Eldridge tiptoed around things he was trying to imply... e.g., he never used the word "consensual".
