Yes! With all the lawyers around him, I bet he's inquired. Must have gotten a good answer. It was noticeable yesterday that Eldridge tiptoed around things he was trying to imply... e.g., he never used the word "consensual".

Lawyers can't really be sued for things they say in court. So i'm guessing the statement is aimed at the media, but perhaps also to stop the lawyers out of court comments. Eldridge avoided the work "consensual" yesterday because it would have just sounded absurd. They want to plant that seed of doubt, but not actually use the word.

I was reading comments on the Knoxnews website where a poster claimed that in one of the transcripts it was stated that GT came back to the house and said he "did the white boy" to "prove himself" which to me would imply gang initiation of some sort. "Did the white boy" could mean rape or murder, and like I said, the fact that there were [allegedly] photos on the phone, but also, the phone was found on GuttaSlim, so maybe that is why they didn't "have anything" on Boyd and couldn't try him for anything more than they did. He could have just said, "Guttaslim had my phone, I ain't had nuffin to do wit dat nowamsayin yo? F^$&%#."

Good grief. Eldridge wants the judge to instruct mind the jury (again) that as evidence, the video reigns over the transcript if there is any difference. Hauling them back in & telling them now.

I got it to work. Wow, this trial needs to end quickly. The Christians have had all they can take (and the defense knows it and is using it). I know the media has to report the news and what the allegations and defenses are. But come on, these are real people that have been through more than anyone and havent really been dealth with fairly by the system.

Jury is at lunch now. I may be away from my computer this afternoon, I may miss a verdict. I'm guessing that within an hour after lunch they arrive at a verdict. There may have been something good on the menu that the jury didnt want to miss.

Thank you for posting this video. God bless those parents, they really needed that. The justice system has held them hostage since the day their daughter was murdered. Good for them.
