Mutilation of Chris body important, not only did they take his life, burned his body and left it for the world to see, nude from the waist down. Parents could not have a funeral with him laying there peacefully.

Chris might have been dead when they set him on fire, I'd be happy to see the wood & stakes brought back for this sadistic beast.

First degree felony murder of Chris.

First degree premeditation of murder of Chris.

For any or all aggravating factors, jury must unaimously agree beyond a reasonable doubt.

Must write out on verdict form.
