The article in the opening thread said officials said he had a history of drug use. Yes, there was a fair number of arrests for drugs and a charge or two for failure to appear if you look at Humphrey County Court Records but they are not in his recent history - most of the charges were when he was in his early 20's. I didn't see anything recent - at least in his home county. Hopefully, he will be found safely.

The article above said he was reportedly seen walking in an unknown direction. If there was someone that saw him, why didn't they stop to help or why didn't CW flag someone down if he was in trouble?

Well if someone saw him walking I would think they know which direction he was walking??? That statement really doesn't make sense to me.
