40-year-old Connie Sue McCall and her husband, 61-year-old Ronnie Lee McCall -

The girls were ages 11, 14 and 16 at the time their parents allegedly forced them to be in the porn videos. The parents had been arrested in 2012 on child abuse charges after police found their children living in deplorable conditions in their mobile home, the report said. One child was being treated at the time for severe cases of head and body lice, ringworm and rotted teeth. Officials said the man who allegedly had sexual contact with the underage girls and filmed the encounters committed suicide.

Connie McCall pleaded guilty earlier this year to the production of child pornography by a parent. Her sentencing is scheduled for January 12, 2015...

The court ruled that Ronnie McCall be hospitalized for treatment for no more than four months and be examined to determine if he would ever be able to stand trial.

However, since Ronnie McCall has been undergoing various psychological evaluations, Connie McCall's sentencing has been postponed for nearly a year.Last summer, the U.S. Bureau of Prisons conducted a psychological evaluation of Ronnie McCall and found him to have memory deficits and possibly an onset of dementia...

According to the report, Ronnie McCall suffers from serious cognitive impairment, possibly an antisocial personality disorder.Dr. Pamela McNish, who conducted the evaluation, found that while Ronnie McCall appears to exaggerate the degree of impairment, he is indeed impaired.
