Court documents say on July 7, Hubbard allegedly forced a 17-year-old girl to the floor and tried to pull her pants down, at which point Roberson allegedly started streaming the attack via Facebook Live.

According to this article there were 3 others present in the apartment when this happened. It doesn't say they participated, but they didn't stop it. A friend came back to get the minor after seeing the video.
