How can they be so sure the picture shown is him and not a look-alike. Where did they get this info from? I suppose LE wants to crack this one without help of the public.

I came across this news report (first report in the video) about a fugitive, Ray Minnick, who was wanted in 1986 for a string of robberies. He reminded me of this UID. However, he was apprehended in 1988 and sentenced to 80 years in federal prison, so he's not our guy.

Sure they aren’t twins???

I’ve ran across a different case where two different guys looked identical but were not the same guy.

He was a fugitive that went on the run that I saw listed. but I unfortunately can’t recall or find his name now. I will try and find him again and reply back when I do!

Just an observation. After enlarging and enhancing a photo I have of this individual, I wonder, do you all see a scar running down the left side of his face terminating on his chin?
