I find this to be very strange. I recall an article earlier on that said LE would not comment on AB's relationship to either MB or EB, or both. JMO.

Especially since any idiot could figure it out and it WAS reported in msm.

Yikes so MB let her "family" take little Evelyn in an unpaid for car and somehow AB and WM "lost" her. If you believe MB it was her mother that had Evelyn and now AB is in hurry to get back to help find Evelyn, which would lead you to think she never had her to begin with. What a mess. And a little girl's whereabouts still unknown.

We are specifically discussing the new photo of EB released today. The subdued lighting, sparse, modern furnishing and low pile, neutral carpeting give me a hotel room feeling. The portable crib plopped in the middle of the room adds more transient feel. I haven't spend much time in mobile homes but the photo doesn't have a "home" feel to me.

If you look in the right lower corner of that pic, there is a rug over the carpet. I have never stayed in a hotel where that would happen. Looking at the door sizes in the background, it looks like a mobile home (different door sizes than in a standard home). Also, the trim running up the corner of the wall makes me think it was taken inside of a mobile home. Maybe a friend or family member was keeping her and that is the reason for the pack and play?

I know we can't actually answer this, but just thinking out loud... whose car IS IT?? Did MB actually, physically steal it and hand it over to her mom? Did she know the person who owns it and tell them she was borrowing it? It's considered stolen for a reason, why isn't
MB facing criminal charges for stealing it?

According to police report -- it seems the purchase of BMW from a third party started out as a legitimate transaction but MB failed to complete the transaction when she did not produce the funds. (MB was allegedly buying the car for AB).

(I think the seller probably told MB pay-up or return my car. She likely told him she couldn't locate her mom driving the car and the owner reported it was stolen).

Dont get me started on what I think of the TBI. I still blame them for taking years to bring Holly Bobo justice when the offenders were right under their nose all along.

The TBI has never impressed me much. Thank goodness the FBI are the assisting agency.

When did AB and WM take physical possession of the vehicle?

Did LE recover any evidence that places EB in that vehicle at any time?

Grandma is no pilar of society but i dont think she is involved in this.

Just to clarify, unless there is a source I haven’t seen, MB never said anything about the person who has/had Evelyn being a “babysitter” (implying someone outside the family hired to watch the baby,) she said ‘someone was watching her’ while she was at work, and she implied that someone was her mother, AB. So while her story is a complete mess and I’m not saying she’s telling the truth, it’s misleading to claim she’s lying about a fictional babysitter.

Perhaps people are confused because of the news articles about the babysitter who last watched EB on December 10/11? Because MB never said that individual is the one who has been keeping the baby.

Plenty of people babysit their own family. I would never assume a babysitter was a hired outsider to the family.... it is just someone other than the parent(s) watching the child. Doesn’t even have to be a paid person.

Cops Question Grandmother, Companion About Missing Toddler Evelyn Boswell

Authorities questioned AB and her boyfriend about missing Evelyn when they apprehended the couple on Saturday in possession of stolen property (BMW).

The couple has already appeared in court (Monday) and waived extradition to TN and more concerning how neither the interview or court appearance resulted in locating Evelyn.

The grandmother has been convicted of drug use in the past, if I'm not mistaken. And her face has the scarred up, picked, look you often see in meth heads. I'm guessing the only thing she is eager to find is her pipe.

There's a story on Yahoo about the next county over from where Evelyn was. In that county for the last 3 years they have been teaching kids as young as 6 to administer NARCAN due to the epidemic in that area. So this thought may not be far fetched at all.

I just enlarged the mugshot of the grandmother (the one in the orange jumpsuit) and was shocked by something I think I see. I swear it looks like she has badly scarred earlobes. AKA, cauliflower ears! Does anyone else see that?

I'm sure there's nothing in the world this woman wants more than to return to TN right now... as evidenced by the fact that she's being escorted back in handcuffs.

Not sure how she's going to help search for EB from the hoosegow, but, hey.

Maybe she can check under the mattress in her cell.

We don’t know the circumstances surrounding why she was in the neighboring state. It isn’t even a 2 hour drive and it seems that people have to drive quite far to get to certain stores. We have no idea how long they were gone or why. I believe they aren’t involved and it seems the cops aren’t saying they are being dishonest so I think they just happened to be out of town in a car they assumed MB paid for.
