If I didn't feel so crappy, I'd pick up some Blackbird Bakery donuts and drive it over to those guys. Bless them for camping out.
I make that mistake often. Those pastries are so sugary, they nearly send me into a coma.

That's what I was thinking, because she didn't report the car stolen, so what else could it be ?

if it is, do they release the mother then or no?

Where did you hear that she refused to talk?

Looking into Angela Boswell, the missing toddler's jailed grandmother
The Sullivan County Sheriff's Office denied our request to speak with Angela Boswell on Tuesday. She is missing baby Evelyn Boswell's grandmother.
I didn't hear she refused to talk that's why my post said I *thought* she refused to talk. And that's mainly because she had been in the custody of Sullivan County since early today and MSM didn't report on her cooperating.

I have lots of catching up to do and am listening to the MB channel 5 interview linked above. In the meantime I have a few questions. Maybe @bellyup can answer due to her firsthand knowledge of the Romani community?

Evelyn's (maternal?) grandfather TB reported Evelyn missing. I'm curious as to why since what we've learned about the Romani is that they are a close-knit clan and it seems odd that he would contact DCS instead of dealing with it within the family.

Had he tried to locate Evelyn but failed and felt that he needed to report her disappearance to the authorities?

Was MB's mother (or MB herself) not forthcoming with answers and he grew suspicious?

From the following link:

Officials said the search for Evelyn was sparked by a referral from the Department of Children's Service after the child's grandfather, Tommy Boswell, reported his concerns. He said he had not seen Evelyn since Thanksgiving 2019. Boswell reportedly told CBS affiliate WJHL that he "didn't know what happened, but I'm the one who called DCS and got this started."

Timeline of the Evelyn Boswell case

I'm kerflummoxed over this case. I want to believe that Evelyn is somewhere safe but it's hard to reconcile MB's demeanor with the seriousness of Evelyn being gone. LE says she is giving them contradictory statements and the search at Mendota yielded nothing.

Neither MB not AB has disclosed useful information resulting in Evelyn's location. If the grandfather chose to contact DCS then it really doesn't seem like Evelyn is with some extended family member.

How did a case of the grandmother babysitting Evelyn turn into her refusing to produce her? Why would the grandmother commit such a heinous act as kidnapping?

None of this makes sense. Why isn't MB furious with her mother? Why isn't she pleading with the public to search every nook and cranny, every child's face they see instead of giving multiple interviews that make her appear like she's enjoying being the center of attention?

Where's her concern for Evelyn? Is she warm, safe, does she have food and drink? Is she scared? Sigh. All MOO and I remain skeptical.
