Apparently the TBI and FBI are involved but she doesn't meet the criteria for an Amber Alert. I'm not sure exactly what that could mean.

An amber alert typically requires a time and place she went missing and a suspected vehicle...

Here it seems like they have a 2 month window and little idea where and when....very sad

Yup....seems like it would be easily solved. Show LE the baby and everybody goes home......but, no......

It's not that hard to find out if Evelyn was with whoever and where she was supposed to be recently. Are there diapers and wipes in the home? Baby clothes recently washed and folded? Dirty baby clothes? Pacifiers, bottles in places that would suggest daily use? Bed/crib made or a bit messy? Toys around the home? Food for the baby in the fridge?

Not sure if this will factor in or not, but meth is HUGE around here. I had no idea such a problem existed until I moved to NE TN.

They have given us nothing to go on so far. My mind immediately goes to Casey Anthony, I've been forever tainted by that whole scenario.

This is saying "Amber alert yet the article says an amber alert has not been issued. Not sure what this is about. Also, her Missing Poster says missing 12/26 but the article also says she hasn't been seen since End of November to Dec 1st.

This is extremely disturbing and not much info yet. Dear god, how could this have happened IMO

The sheriff's office was notified on Tuesday by the State of Tennessee Department of Children's Services. Evelyn "was last seen by certain family members near the end of November 2019 and the first of December 2019."

This delay in reporting her missing is beyond concerning.

And it was DCS who reported her missing?????

An AGENCY had to report her missing?????

What about her parents??????!!!!!!

It seems that close friends and even family are confused. Apparently the mom has a new boyfriend, living with him and no baby in sight. Doesn’t sound good

Not seen by "certain members of her family"
TBI says she was last seen on December 26, 2019, but was not reported missing until February 18.

Boswell was wearing a pink tracksuit, pink shoes, and a pink bow when she was last seen. She has blond hair and blue eyes.

BBM - Who are the certain members? Dad is reported to be on active duty in Louisiana.
This report says she hasn't been seen since the day after Christmas. Where is Mom??
