I think the confusion is that TBI/Sheriff did not specifically order the pond search. It could be from the interrogations of AB and WM? Or the FBI? But if the FBI is involved they usually work hand-in-hand with the LE in charge so I don't think they would do it themselves. So likely NC cops.

Search underway in connection to 15-month-old Evelyn Boswell
The search of a pond is underway in Western North Carolina in connection to the disappearance of 15-month-old Evelyn Boswell, ABC affiliate WSOC-TV reports.

A pond in the northern part of Wilkesboro is the site of the search.

One of the officers just stated McCloud is still in NC, in response to a reporters questions as they were all walking out of the presser.

IMO, McCloud is the one that is singing.

UPDATE: Sullivan County Sheriff’s Office confirms authorities are searching a pond in Wilkes County, NC in relation to 15-month-old Evelyn Boswell. She has been missing for two months, according to SCSO.

not me unless it only goes downhill. I have had no hope for EB from the start and nothing has changed that. I just want it to be over and to lay her remains to rest and have justice served.
