Tommy Boswell Sr. has accused the toddler's grandmother of violence twice: once in an order of protection application and once in a criminal warrant, a Knox News review of Sullivan County court records showed.

The warrant alleged the toddler's grandfather came home from work with no food in the kitchen in March 2009 and asked Angela Boswell for a set of keys so he could go get some.

"Angela then started yelling at him ... grabbed Tommie by the neck and grabbed an ink pen and shoved it into his neck," the warrant stated.

The alleged attack occurred in view of the couple's then-teenage son. The warrant alleges father and son fled as Angela Boswell continued assaulting her husband, grabbing his hair as he ran out the door.

She later struck a deal to have the charge dismissed so long as she didn't get into trouble. She did, though. She racked up charges including stealing and trying to sneak drugs into jail. She was accused twice of driving on a suspended driver’s license with unidentified children unrestrained in the vehicle each time.

Don't jump so fast. There apparently is a growing support structure around her and not just locally, just no one in the family publicly yet. (I'm shocked as well and can't provide links or sources because of where they are.)

I would honestly be shocked if any bond businesses around here would risk their business on her. It’s too well publicized and it would destroy their business. People around here would be outside it with torches and pitchforks. JMO!

I totally get that, I see that too. It's one of the things that drives me nuts about all of this, honestly. She does seem kind of sweet. She doesn't seem like some monster person. So.... Wtf?

Maybe her attachment to Evelyn is real, in as much as Evelyn brings attention to MB? So not real for Evelyn's sake, but for MBs sake.

I am not great at reading expressions, but after reading some of her utterances, I wonder whether the first thing her public defender does is ask for an evaluation of whether she is capable of assisting with her own defense. I am not sure she truly does understand the gravity of her situation. Is she treating this like a game because games are all she understands?

After she was arrested and charged with theft, the bond from her previous probation was revoked by the bail bonds company. There was an article that hopefully someone can post where the bond company said they wouldn’t put up bail for any of her new charges either.

Oh ffs. Watching Tricia's livecast. I am so tired of people using the excuse of them being travelers. She broke the law, her 15 month old baby is missing. I'm Italian and don't get a free pass because I'm a "whop". Enough already. If I break the law I go to jail. Period.

I feel you!
Last night I speculated that maybe there was an accident or something and she had a mental break. One of the things surrounding that idea was the pregnancy, but I couldn't speak to that here at the time. But I was basically wondering if she was creating an acceptable reality in response to trauma, related to Evelyn.

But that may really just be who she is, and has been. Maybe in response to trauma, maybe just her nature.

It's a mess from all angles.

I wouldn't have thought so, but I haven't seen anything about a roommate. If she's low income maybe she's eligible for public housing?
