Whoa.

ETA: "Court papers reveal how police say Megan Boswell lied about her missing 15-month-old baby Evelyn.

Those papers say she initially told police the baby was with the father, Ethan Perry. Police said she stated she was supposed to meet him last Wednesday at the Ingles store in Colonial Heights to exchange custody.

But Perry is on active duty with the military, stationed in Louisiana, and did not have Evelyn."

Court documents: Megan Boswell lied to police and told them father had baby Evelyn

This isn’t good at all...

I was thinking the same.. mom was setting up this broken arm injury as an excuse to say Evelyn was injured while under dad’s care, not hers. It’s everyone else’s fault....

If not for this broken arm story, I would think she sold her, as she is a beautiful little girl. This story makes me think the worst :(

I kinda hope she is?
Me too - I realized after I posted this how awful it sounded.

I didn't mean it to sound as if I hope she's there - but at the same time, if she is gone, I want her to be found without any of the players screwing around about it.

I hope not. The only purpose for her to do anything but be completely honest is to buy herself time. We all know that baby is dead. The sooner they find her, the more likely justice will be served. Evelyn deserves that. Sending LE on a wild goose hunt and playing games with them is just a colossal mind-F that they don’t deserve to have to be put through.

Nooooo noooo nooooo. This isn’t what I wanted to see. Dang it. My heart is breaking. I hope this is another lie.

We as a community/nation/world need to do a better job at protecting the kids. This happens much too often.

They just stated in the background at the presser that the story circulating about the pond search in NC is NOT true.

Live Video

Just heard someone on the PC in background talking to reporters saying that he heard a rumor that they were searching a pond in regards to Evelyn and he said 'that is NOT TRUE"

I know, I can imagine her being left to fend for herself, getting hungry or wanting momma, climbing and falling or pulling down a something heavy injuring her or worse. Then the cover up all this time. IMO only.
