I thought I heard them say that she can not return to where she had been living, and the address she gave is not a residence she can go to.

Me thinks that she had been couch crashing at HW’s and they want nothing to do with her now. Her dad likely won’t let her come back and I’m pretty sure after she threw her mom under the bus, she won’t find a happy home there. IMO, she’s actually in the safest place she can be.

I would have stood up and said "She claims to 'Not Know' where her baby is. And won't stop making up stories about how she 'Doesn't Know'.

I just watched the reporter from WCYB recap. Please forgive my ignorance, but what would be a reason that she waived her preliminary hearing and the case will be bound over to criminal court?

Basically he said the bond is fitting for the crime and she has a hold on her in the other court (aka juvenile court) so he left it at 25000. The thing I found interesting was when the lawyer strokes said no prior criminal history the judge said something about the other court situation. She has no support but this new address is a support person who agreed she could stay there and not somewhere she has been before as those wont allow her back.

Request to have bond reduced denied for Megan Boswell, next court date set
A judge denied the request to reduce the $25,000 bond of Megan Boswell, the mother of missing 15-month-old Evelyn Boswell Monday afternoon in Bristol, Tennessee.

Boswell was appointed an attorney in court. Boswell waived her preliminary hearing.

... Her next court date will be May 8 in criminal court in Blountville.
