She lied about her address. Under oath.

I doubt a truthful word has ever come out of that whole bunch of freaks! Yep I said it

Ping, I have to politely disagree. I have a legal address, at which I am registered as living.

what i meant was she just gave any address where she was staying, maybe she doesn't have a legal address, iv got no idea there is 20 theories about the address in the last 2 pages

I am sure jury selection will be tough in any case against her. She has talked so much and her family reputation on top of that. What a mess... And in the middle of their chaos, beautiful innocent EVELYN... ugh

I could be a juror. Just ask anyone who followed the Caylee Anthony trial. I'm impartial to the point of WSers wanting to punch me over dismissing that heart sticker. ;)

Her lawyer stated that the address she gave was not the one she was at before and she has made arrangements to stay there when released. Judge states "I didnt ask you about that." Lol ...probably because we all know MB lies and probably not somewhere she could go anyways. None of it matters there is no pt in the reduction with a juvenile court ordered hold on her.

A quick reverse Whitepages search makes me wonder if the occupant is TB's mother.

ETA: NO IDEA if Whitepages is reliable...

Way back at the beginning she mentioned a GMA that she seemed to be close to.

She seems so utterly unfazed, sitting in there in court today.
No sign of concern for her missing baby girl, no sign of any emotion really.
Poor Evelyn, born into this nest of vipers.

Do we have any idea when the next juvenile court date is? Or is that something we just will not know about since its juvenile court? I mean it would be nice to know when and if that court ordered hold is released. I dont think that juvenile court issue is related to evelyn IMO

About 5:53

Prosecutor: "... there's an absence of any responsible member of this community that appears today before Your Honor to vouch for her or her reliability and as far as her home situation, Your Honor, the address that she provided the court is not the address where she was residing at the time. And, the place where she was residing at the time of this offense, it's my understanding that she would not be able to return there. And, she had only been at that residence for a brief period of time. ... Although she does have ties to the community, her residence is in question and is unstable."

thank you @PommyMommy got it

yeah she doesn't have a stable address and isn't welcome back to the old one

so she is better off in a jail cell and can have her court documents handed to her in person with her lawyer or whoever is representing

[...]

A judge in a Bristol, Tennessee courtroom ruled to keep Megan’s bond at $25,000.

There was a question during Monday’s hearing from the state about Megan Boswell’s address and that she provided the court with a different one than the address she was reportedly living at the time of the offense.

She is due back in criminal court in Blountville on May 8 at 9 a.m.

because this is a long time in the future we might be waiting awhile unless they can locate Evelyn and it seems everything else is sealed by grand jury which is frustrating

Juvinele court is interesting in who it pertains to and for what exactly, previous crime? or its weird because she isn't underage
