So...who was watching EB? LE initially used information from the babysitter to establish December 10th or 11th as the last credible sighting of EB. Not sure if that changed since then. We know that the identity of the babysitter has not been released. There is speculation that the babysitter is a minor which would explain withholding their name. If we choose to move forward with that assumption, possible minors available for babysitting would be MB's younger siblings. MB's younger siblings reside with TBsr on the Muddy Creek compound.

TBsr changed his attitude toward media after: - AB's release from jail
- MB's statement during an interview, encouraging people to look for EB but not to "trespass"

Following that line of swirling logic (welcome to my brain), is it plausible that something happened to EB at the Muddy Creek compound... MB turned to AB for help... AB agreed in return for hush money (BMW). TBsr was clueless until AB made contact with TBsr (after her release) and conveyed information regarding evidence which could be located on his property?

Wednesday, March 4th:
*Preliminary Hearing for both (@ 9am) – TN – Stolen 2007 BMW (involved in Amber Alert for TN Evelyn Mae Boswell (15 mos.) in Wilkes County N.C. - for *William Boyden Bryant McCloud (33) arrested & charged (2/21/20) & arraigned (2/27/20) with possession of stolen property (over $2500). No plea entered. Held without bond in Wilkes County jail. Transferred to Sullivan County. Bond now at $10K.
McCloud was arrested & charged (7/12/19) & arraigned (8/30/19) with 2 counts of aggravated domestic assault & 1 count of domestic assault. Next is announcement hearing (Case #71492) & arraignment hearing (Case #72474) on 3/27/20 @ 9am. $1K bond.
2/24/20 Update: Arraignment scheduled on 2/27.
2/27/20 Update: McCloud was extradited back to Tennessee with Angela & was arraigned by video in Sullivan County Sessions Court on Thursday morning, 2/27/20. Was arraigned on a charge of theft of property over $2,500. He is currently being held on a $10,000 bond in Sullivan County with the condition that he wear an ankle monitor. Next court date is 3/4.

2/25/20 Update: McCloud remains in Wilks County jail. Boswell was arraigned in Sullivan County; bond set at $5K & must wear an ankle bracelet. Boswell due in Kingsport General Sessions Court re probation violation on 2/27 & bond was revoked. Boswell due in Sullivan County court re stolen vehicle on 3/4/20.
2/27/20 Update: Boswell appeared before a judge in Kingsport General Sessions Court on Thursday, 2/27. Angela’s next court appearance in Kingsport court was scheduled for April 30 at 9:30am. Angela has paid all but $1,000 of her bond regarding her charge of probation violation out of Kingsport. A. Boswell, bonded out of jail Friday evening, 2/28/20. Boswell must wear an ankle monitor as a condition of her bond, which was set at $1,000.

2/26/20 Update: Arraignment held by video. Media coverage was denied. MB claimed the child was with her father, Ethan Perry, according to an arrest affidavit and she gave multiple false statements that “impeded our investigations”. Boswell will have a preliminary hearing on 3/2 in Bristol. She will have the chance to plead guilty or ask for an attorney in her charge of giving false reports to police surrounding the disappearance of her daughter Evelyn.
3/2/20 Update: Boswell was appointed an attorney in court. Defense asks for reduction of bond to $10K-denied. Bond stays at $25K. Waived preliminary hearing. Next court date is 5/8 @ 9am in criminal court in Blountville.

My youngest was a preemie, 26 weeks. The first year was very hard and he did not talk until he was 3. But since then he has been advanced, especially on the academic side.

That is awesome!! Mine too had a really slow start, and of course while all other babies were hitting milestones we were slowly coming along! But he’s 31 now over 6 ft. And happily married with two amazing boys of his own! Thank you for your response!

If HW was present or involved in any way, he would face criminal charges. On that, I believe we all agree. Where we seem to disagree is whether or not that alone is enough reason for the family to assist in covering it up. To that, I would ask...

As far as additional motivating factors, how about the one that sits at the root of all evil...money.

As previously stated, the property on Sandy Pointe is part of a Trust. Specifically, a Revocable Trust. As I understand it, a Revocable Trust is fair game during a civil law suit. Hypothetically speaking, if an injury or death (accidental or intentional) were to occur on that property, someone could bring a civil suit against the property owner. In this case, that would mean any assets held by the Trust would potentially be up for grabs. HW's family is clearly capable of navigating through life. So much so, they own multiple properties and businesses, establish Trusts for the future prosperity of their children and obtain lawyers to demand video clips of questionable statements be removed from local TV stations.

Is it reasonable to assume they would take steps to protect the assets established over a lifetime (possibly multiple lifetimes, if previous generations contributed to the pile as well)? Especially when they are fully aware of the caliber of people who make up the B family? Would they fear a civil suit from TBsr or, even worse, AB?

IMO, it is at least worth considering.

Great thought! Always follow the money! At this point anything is possible and sadly nothing would surprise me with this case!

I personally don't believe that MB younger siblings are the babysitter. My reason is that Evelyn's grandfather says he hasn't seen this baby since Thanksgiving. So IMO Evelyn wasn't cared for in his home.
I believe the sitter is probably someone not related, maybe she even asked not to be named due to all the bs that MB created in the media.
Just a thought.

But....the info that MB has given doesn’t sound right. What really sticks out to me is height. She’s reported that EB is 2 feet tall. My son was born exactly one week before EB and he is 33” tall. She reports 28 pounds, my son is 25 pounds and in 78th percentile. He’s a little chubby. EB was chubby but if you consider she was allegedly 24” and 28 pounds, she would have been practically round. None of her pictures look drastically overweight. If she’s the ht/wt that MB said, that makes her 6.5” below median height and almost 8 pounds over median weight. That just doesn’t make sense. The “milestones” are probably lies too.

I’ve been questioning this all along. My daughter is a few weeks younger than EB and 31in 20lbs. They look to be about the same size from all of the pics I’ve seen, and mine also has the cute little round belly and chubby cheeks.

Maybe she just doesn't know what she weighs or her height. Maybe she didnt take her to well child visits when they were due? So she just put some numbers out there. At least from the photos Evelyn looks healthy.

I think that the grandfather would have to be lying about when he last saw Evelyn if the children were watching EB. I believe the grandfathers report to DCS about not seeing her since Thanksgiving. I just wonder how much more he knows!!!!

I'm sure everyone has seen the posts by TBsr (and his significant other) on SM. It seems they are ready to let their voices be heard. I applaud their willingness to walk back into the fray.

One of TBsr's posts answered my earlier question regarding what prompted MB's move (out of TBjr's trailer). TBsr stated MB left because she wanted to live with HW. TBsr stated that he told MB he was going to rent out the trailer if MB wasn't going to live there.

Another post confirmed a WSer's assertion that MB was gifted the red Chevy Cruz. TBsr futher explained that their is a lien on the vehicle because MB used it as collateral for a personal loan.

Several other posts show messages between MB and others, indicating she was living with HW and they were in a relationship.

With MB sitting in jail, no one is out here managing the tangled web of lies and preventing people in her circle from sharing information. One could imagine MB would not happy about that at all. What does a manipulator do when there is no one to manipulate?

Perhaps there is hope for resolution after all. Fingers crossed...

I agree and hope there is a resolution on the horizon, and soon. I have been leery of social media because many of the messages being shared are alleged screenshots of things that MB said. Thus far into the case, nothing that has come out of MB's mouth has been truthful. The way I see it, social media doesn't make it any more truthful. I also understand that the family is likely getting frustrated, but LE specifically requested that social media not be involved as sources of information because it (SM) has impeded the investigation up to this point. JMO, IMO, MOO.
