I'm sure everyone has seen the posts by TBsr (and his significant other) on SM. It seems they are ready to let their voices be heard. I applaud their willingness to walk back into the fray.

One of TBsr's posts answered my earlier question regarding what prompted MB's move (out of TBjr's trailer). TBsr stated MB left because she wanted to live with HW. TBsr stated that he told MB he was going to rent out the trailer if MB wasn't going to live there.

Another post confirmed a WSer's assertion that MB was gifted the red Chevy Cruz. TBsr futher explained that their is a lien on the vehicle because MB used it as collateral for a personal loan.

Several other posts show messages between MB and others, indicating she was living with HW and they were in a relationship.

With MB sitting in jail, no one is out here managing the tangled web of lies and preventing people in her circle from sharing information. One could imagine MB would not happy about that at all. What does a manipulator do when there is no one to manipulate?

Perhaps there is hope for resolution after all. Fingers crossed...

It sounds like MB became obsessed with HW and wanted to live with him. What if HW told her that he didn’t want a child or didn’t want to take care of someone else’s child, so MB “took care of the situation”. Whether that was getting rid of Evelyn or even just leaving her unsupervised, causing an accidental death that was then covered up? To me, HW seems to be the catalyst in all this. He comes into the picture, the baby disappears, she moves out of her house, etc.

If she was spending all her time with HW, it’s possible that her father wasn’t aware that EB was missing, especially if she kept spouting lies about her whereabouts. I do 100% agree that EB was failed by her family, but if her mom became obsessed with HW and spent every waking hour with him, she may have been avoiding her father.

I do think MB’s mom is involved with the cover up and agree with the theory that the BMW was “hush money”. TBSr reported EB missing on a Tuesday, the same day that AB said she was leaving her dad’s and going to a motel. She also told TBSr he “would be sorry” that he reported her missing.

I don’t think anyone is to blame for EB except for MB and maybe HW. If HW has MB brainwashed, she may think she is doing all this for him or to be with him. HW may not have been directly involved, but he may just be the reason behind all this and know more than he is willing to say.

Maybe not brainwashed, maybe MB just has a lot of issues and she didnt care for her child as much as herself?

Personally, ENTIRELY my opinion, I think TB Sr. and clan need to tread lightly so that they don't end up getting sued for defamation or slander. I think it's in their best interest to let LE do their job if they truly have no involvement in EB's disappearance. MOO, IMO, JMO.

ETA: TB Sr. didn't take kindly to the media rehashing his criminal history, so I am very surprised at all of this.

She said by looking at her affidavit she thinks that her theft charge is “nothing more than a civil matter.” Boswell also told the judge that she is trying to hire a lawyer but no one will take her case because of the stigma surrounding this case. She added she is working on trying to find a lawyer in the Knoxville area.

Judge Klyne Lauderback gave her a court date of March 24 at 9:00 a.m. to get a lawyer.
