I'm still reeling at the possibility AB and WM may have split up. Then she immediately steps out with another guy and continues to steal - as if her prior commitment was no big deal? Shameful. Jmo.

She is very committed! Committed to her own narcissistic selfish ways. Poor WM he was so in love with AB! Gag all that display of his devotion to AB in court was sickening!
If AB has dumped WM and moved on to another narcissistic supply then WM probably has no substantial information about AB that he will be giving against AB. Could be he doesn’t really know anything or whatever he knows would be incriminating himself also. All just IMO

Update: Missing Kingsport man found

Interesting-coincidental that AB’s new friend happened to be missing right around the last time Evelyn was seen?
I don't believe that it's coincidental at all... In fact, I'm once again reconsidering my position regarding direct involvement in Evelyn's death (MB vs. AB et al). It's still pretty clear that MB at least knew Evelyn wasn't coming home, but... Just, wow. That poor baby didn't stand a chance. :(

per my notes:
Boswell must wear an ankle monitor as a condition of her bond, which was set at $1,000.
Yeah, I was wondering why she would be running around buying drugs, stealing from Walmart and her dads house knowing that LE could track her every movement.

Actually - this is NOT for Walmart thefts - this is for the theft at her father's house. They only got a "citation" for shoplifting at Walmart. :)

Logic rarely plays a role when you’re focusing on that next fix. I think it’s pretty clear, she’s not one that learns her lesson easily.

Yes, this is true. I guess I should say I'm not sure what the purpose of the ankle monitor was if not for preventing her from participating in further illegal activities, since apparently it does not. Maybe it was just to prevent her from leaving the state again, or just to keep data information on her movements.

Imo

Agree completely. She doesn't appear, IMO, to have ever shown and upheld a commitment to anyone but herself. Not to the men in her life, not to her children, not to her granddaughter. Committed to whatever impulse strikes her at the time, that's it.

Thanks for pointing that out. The violation date for 82GS6-2020-RK-64055, Theft, is 3/19. Wonder what that was?

I don't have the case # - 64055 - so this must be the shoplifting charge - but I thought they just got a citation for this? Maybe since she was on probation, she's going to court for another violation.

I'll make a note of this!

Burglary (entering a building with the intent to commit a crime inside) and larceny (theft) are two different crimes, although burglaries are often committed for the purpose of theft. Burglary laws are intended to protect the sanctity and privacy of people’s homes and other structures. Laws against larceny protect personal property.

Is There a Difference Between Burglary and Larceny?

In other words, @Niner and @Tippy Lynn, She broke into the home, burglary and stole things, theft. Two charges for doing those two things at the same time.

AB has two separate cases with different charges that occurred on different dates. Sadly, she has more than just these two cases. However, these are the two cases we were discussing. The first case listed is the case where she robbed her dad's house and the second one is likely the Walmart incident.
