I must say that this just may be a case of someone actually being missing due to an accident. Perhaps she may have been upset and accidentally drove off the road. You just never know.

They do confirm it is her jeep and they are treating it as a recovery as she could be in the vehicle. The will have to air lift the jeep out of there. The ground searchers are having to repel down the mt. side to get to it.

Just a quick review of some of the previous posts on this case, (which I have never been on this thread before) show a lot of people really suspecting the husband. It really makes me wonder about some of the other cases many of us are so sure of (MP for one) when someone goes missing. There are cases where the situation may look very bad for a particular suspect, but they are completely innocent. A good reminder of why we have a justice system in this country that always assumes innocent until proven guilty.

at about 1:55 reporter says area is where her cell phone pinged for 2 weeks after she came missing...it pinged that long??

There's nothing about the find yet to indicate this was a straight up accident. They need to examine the evidence first and rule out alternative reasons the vehicle "ran off the road".
