One case is still open, and the other shows her as "retired/unapprehended" updated 9/2024 after two probation violations in 2016 and 2018. The case shows disposed.
The other case is showing open but there's no hearing or other records, so it may have been combined in the case above. Not sure from the court records as to the current status. Case No.: 90GS1-2015-CR-4407

If this is the missing Heather, which I believe it is, I wouldn't think those charges from 10 years ago would factor into her being missing except for the violation of probation - what happened there? And if they lost custody, why was she in communicatiaon with her daughter? Open adoption? Another child not mentioned?
