And yet we've heard they are asking people to look out for her purse, her books, etc...how could she have been carrying all of that and why wouldn't she have dropped most of it right away?

Why weren't those things set down before she entered the woods? Very odd, as far as I'm concerned.

Yep - at about 1:43. They said police wouldn't say if it's related to the case or not... Duct tape with blond hair.

i'd also like to know where reporters got the idea to put out the story of her being dragged across the carport. did the brothers stories change or did they just make it up out of thin air?

Ya know what i find very interesting????? what if they have interviewed 2,700 ppl as of yesterday! Many ppl here have said they cant understand this search that LE is asking ppl to search these areas with maybe a dangerous man out there.

Well what if its a ruse! They want ppl with ID to come and search and im sure they are all asked questions and have filled out a questionaire! Maybe LE knows Holly and the perp are not out there but are doing this to see who they havnt heard from and who is accounted for.
Just a thought!

LE does ask people to search even when a dangerous perp can be out there.
For instance, people were searching for Elizabeth Smart after she was kidnapped, and she even heard people searching for her, but was afraid to scream. So just because a dangerous perp could be out there that doesn't mean LE won't ask people to search.
