The TBI issued a child endangerment alert on Thursday morning for Jackson Phillips, 2. He was last seen wearing tan pajamas with dogs on them. The boy is 2 feet tall, weighs 30 pounds and has blonde hair and blue eyes. The boy is believed to be with his mother.
