KCSO searching for missing North Knox County man

Knox County, Kentucky -
The Knox County Sheriff's Office is asking the public's help in finding a missing North Knox County man.

Jason"Antioch" Edward Duggin, 36, was last seen at his home around 7 p.m. on January 29.

KCSO said Duggin was on his way to a local gas station to meet an unknown person then was supposed to return home. He was driving a silver 2002 two door Honda Accord with a spoiler. The car has Tennessee plates R06 32K.

The Knox County Sheriff’s Office has confirmed the body of Jason Edward Duggin was found in a Silver Accord at the lake access on Co-Op Road in Rockford Friday night...

Knox County Sheriff’s Office’s Major Crimes unit is looking into the incident as the preliminary results of an autopsy reveal Duggin’s death is consistent with homicide.

The Blount County Sheriff is asking for the public's help in finding whoever is responsible for a Knox County man's death earlier this year.

"A forensic examination of his cell phone usage revealed that Duggin's cell phone has never hit a tower in Blount County," BCSO said in a release.

Investigators followed up on leads regarding his whereabouts before his disappearance, but they said they haven't been able to connect Duggin to any location or activity in Blount County before his death.
