Forgive me, just jumping in..if I remember correctly wasn't the mom and girls moving to AZ. Maybe he told the girls that mom has gone ahead with the u-haul and we are going to meet her at their home. Just theory that may have been discussed already..sorry for jumping in.

Jump in! : ) That's what we are all here for.

I don't understand it? If I seen a child in any kind of danger -- any child -- I would die before I let someone take them or harm them. It wouldn't need to be my own flesh and blood. I would never be able to sit by and watch something like that happen. I would die trying to save them. He would have to kill me before I allowed him to harm a hair on their heads.

If it is true that the wife knew something... anything... throw the book at her! Put her in general population right now. Have her wear a sign that says "I just stood by and watched my husband kidnap and murder innocent children." :banghead:

well... I guess she is not holed up in a hotel room with the parents... and if she shows up on vinelink it is not just for questioning

http://www.missingkids.com/missingkids/servlet/AmberServlet

amber alerts are still active for all three girls
From that page:

Please Note

Active AMBER Alerts are kept on this web page for a period of ten days from the initial AMBER Alert. After that ten day period they will be removed from this page. However if the child still remains missing they will be in NCMEC's missing children database. Please click on the link below and search by name.
BBM.

What the heck that mean? Are the alerts shown (dated 5/5 for TN, 5/6 for MS) still active?

They died in Tennessee but he took their bodies to Mississippi? How far apart are these two areas?

80 miles (I've read). Pretty close.

She is showing up on Vinelink as currently in custody (unless they are lax in their updating).

Why would TM be in a Tennessee jail for something that happened in MS? I can't find her on the Hardeman county jail inmate search or on the MS vinelink. I'll check TN.

Accomplice?

They have mentioned that this guy has ties to some places. But I find it difficult to imagine that anyone, not a friend and not a family member, would allow this man to show up with abducted children. He has to be alone with them. What puzzles me is that it's been a few days now, and they're still checking trunks in the area as if they think he's still around there. That indicates to me that he fled on foot and that they think he may acquire a car at some point and then head in a particular direction.

It's not a matter of "allowing" if he has a gun...and has already murdered two. IMO

I'd like to know what info that have for them to keep looking in the area also, if they suspect any vehicle at any time past/present or if it is a big show and they are checking all the other "ties"?

If LE truly believe the 2 were murdered in TN rather than MS....he or someone had to have a vehicle to transport them.....or them all. I keep thinking there is someone else in this. :banghead:

It has been 10 days...Lord, show the way!:please:

Accomplice?

I was actually wondering why she wouldn't be in a MS jail if it happened there at her house, but if they were killed in TN it makes sense.

I've been following along but not posting in this case. Thanks to everyone for all of the information, links, etc. It really helps for those of us who can only get on sporadically.

Anyway, this guy is really ugly and creepy looking. And with those two bodies found, (are they still unidentified?) behind his parents' house, I really don't think this is going to have a happy ending.

Those have to be the bodies of two of the missing girls/mom. It's too much of a concidence not to be. And where are the others? Certainly he wouldn't kill two and keep the others. That doesn't make sense.

So many questions, so few answers.

That's just what Duncan did with th Groene family. Killed two adults and one teen, took two kids, tortured them for weeks before killing one and kkeping the other alive.

Then there was that nut who killed two ladies and a young boy, later stuffing their bodies in hollow trees, but keeping the teen daughter alive, in his basement.

None of it makes sense but evil rarely does.

I didn't see this anywhere yet...sorry if it is already posted somewhere (mods please merge or remove as necessary)

http://www.myfoxmemphis.com/dpp/news/tennessee/fbi-searching-for-missing-family-rpt-20120430

Whiteville, Tn - Hardeman County deputies are searching for a mother and her three daughters after they disappeared Friday. No one's seen or heard from them since.

Her husband says they've been married 11 years and hopes the TBI will find answers.

(Story at link above)
opening post also says hardeman county is where they went missing from/who was on the case from the start

Does anyone know at what location AM was when LE first talked to him? If the girls weren't with him, someone must have had them. I'm just wondering if he had help.

I believe I read somewhere it's about 80 miles.

I think that is probably correct...I have been through Guntown on the way to Tupelo many times. It is not far from Whiteville to Guntown.
