"My sister told me things, yes," Booth said.

Booth said Teresa told her Jo Ann and Adrienne Bain were murdered by Mayes.

"She knew he dug the grave. That was my understanding of the conversation with her because I was yelling at her. I'm like 'You what ? You know.' What she said, 'I saw him digging a hole,'" Booth explained.

Adam and Teresa Mayes lived in the Alpine, MS, home with Adam's parents Mary and Johnny Mayes. Action News 5 learned that Mary Mayes is also in jail, according to Vinelink. Hardeman County will not say what she is charged with.

I wonder where these relatives in Florida live? And WTH are they expecting Mayes to come for a 'visit' under these circumstances?

Bobbi Booth says that Adam has relatives in Florida and they believe he is coming for a visit. Booth says investigators are now in Florida now looking for Mayes.

I thought the spelling of his name is strange. All of the folks from the area around there with the same pronunciation spell it Mays. There have been several families involved in crime from these southern towns along the MS TN state line that have changed the spelling of their names in small ways. Of course, this is speculation on my part. Hope I am not breaking any rules here, as I am new. I just know that all of the folks I know with that name spell it differently. I was born and in West Tennessee, and my mother was married into a bad family when I was a child. I knew much more about criminals by the time I was 10 than anyone should ever know. Luckily, I turned out alright, lol.

On Facebook, someone asked where in NC did AM have connections. The biological father of the two older girls (MJ) responded Asheville.

Here is a recent article that discusses the telephone interview with TM's sister in law -- where she claims that AM confessed to TM. She also mentions the possibility of AM fleeing to Florida. Thanks for the link. It looks just like AM in fl doc. I have a feeling they know how to alter identities. Unfortunately, I have found that unless LE runs finger prints nationally they can get away with this. I may be wrong, someone correct me if i am. Mistakes can be made.

If he is affiliated with bikers, they know how to communicate under the radar. No cell phones (at least tracking ones) home phones, etc. Even though, he could have told others these were his kids and they thought he was doing a good deed by taking them out of a bad situation.

I do have a hard time beleiving that if they knew and should know by now, the true story, they would not call him out.

If he has ties, then that may be why the reward and fbi and us marshalls got involved so quick.

Sorry, I'm getting carried away here. But it is just a scenerio if he is affiliated and
someone is helping to hide him.

I also think a possibility is wife and mom are in jail because LE thinks they may have transported him to a hiding place. I hope this isn't one of those situations where the family protects him under all circumstances.

In reading the oldest girl's fb page, Jodie heavily monitored what was being said. I think she seemed like a pretty responsible involved Mom in that area.

That's what is so confusing to me about letting AM take the girls for days at a time to his home in MS. She just seems like a pretty together, family oriented person. But letting him takes her kids, kinda blows me out of the water. I suppose it will make sense in time after we know more details.

Since we know AM is married, I think there's a very good chance that she wasn't letting AM alone take the kids. She was letting AM & TM as a couple take her kids for visits, which is different.

And if the first few visits went off well, then it wouldn't seem risky to let AM alone pick up the kids to take them back to his family in Mississippi. They'd only be alone with AM for just over an hour (80 mile drive) and he'd be busy driving.

I think AM was grooming GB and JB along with the kids. I'm not sure that AM had made any overt moves on the girls yet.

If the kids were happy to go visit AM and TM, if they weren't showing any worrying changes in behaviour, then why not? This wasn't someone GB and JB had only just met; at least on GB's part, there had to be more than 11 years of relationship, during which AM showed himself to be a good guy.

I wonder if this is going to turn out to be like the Nickel Mines shooting, where Carl Roberts seemed like a perfectly normal man... until one day, he shot 10 little Amish girls in their schoolhouse.

My guess is that some of the people he possibly could be heading towards can be found in the contacts on his and/or Jodi's pages...and the FBI doesn't want curious reporters getting ahead of them in talking to people.

This report says JoAnn was studying to become a teacher and was just a few classes away from completing her studies. How damn sad that she didn't get to fulfil her aspiration. Damn.

It also says that Gary is distraught. I can't even begin to fathom the awful mixture of fear and grief he is dealing with right now. Two of his girls gone, and no idea where the other two are. That's a definition of pain - right there. I hope he is under medical care.

The Bains were just days away from moving back to Arizona where Jo Ann was going to finish her last few classes and become a teacher.

Jo Ann`s husband Gary Bain is in shock and has become a recluse in his Hardeman County home.

What sort of clues would give them the impression that he is somewhere near the home? It seems like that would have to come from a family member or from the knowledge that certain items are missing. Perhaps they believe he grabbed guns, food, water and maybe left on an ATV or on foot. It seems unlikely to me that he would be in the area. So there has to be some solid information pointing them in that direction.

Since they are checking random vehicles, I get the impression they believe he went into the forest and is expected to pop up at a home in the area and that he may try to take a car from a home and flee the area.

It is obvious that a guy who owns guns and lives in rural Mississippi is probably a hunter. So he probably knows the area very well. And don't underestimate how rural this area is. In the popular travel book, "A Walk in the Woods," the author tells a story about a plane crashing in Maine. It crashed in the forest, and they didn't find it for years and years.

With food and water, the guy could be in the woods for days. At some point, though, he's going to need to return to civilization. This seems like an EXTREMELY volatile situation. If he is still in that area, nobody living in that area is safe. He could already be holed up in a home and could force a homeowner to tell police that things are just fine.

Of course, he also might be nowhere in the area. If he works in a garage, he probably has access to some vehicles.

If he really loves those children, I hope he realizes soon that he needs to take them to a road and leave them to be rescued. That is what a good father would do.

I really hate to overuse this term, but..OMG! Was so hoping that bodies found were those of parents/aunts/uncles that he robbed to take off with family that he "loved". Turns out....he's just another PEDOPHILE.

Saw bodies confirmed briefly yesterday by the ukdailymail so didn't put much credibility to it...now the worst has been confirmed. Will read back and catch up, just not sure for how long.

This "person" has planned this for a long time. He has a place for these girls. Hoping, seriously praying, that LE can go backward and find this...there are NO words. I can no longer call this a person.
