On Facebook, someone asked where in NC did AM have connections. The biological father of the two older girls (MJ) responded Asheville.

Here is a recent article that discusses the telephone interview with TM's sister in law -- where she claims that AM confessed to TM. She also mentions the possibility of AM fleeing to Florida. The sister in law Bobbi Booth stated that Adam Meyers dated JoAnn Bain before she married Gary Bain. Nobody seems to be discussing this on the thread here... I am floored by it. To me, when he was telling friends and his landlord that at least one of the kids was his, he may have been telling the truth. I had him pegged as a pedophile but now I think he was really believing that they were going to move away with HIS child, Alexandria (whether she really was his biologically or not). She is the one in his FB profile pic. This is key to the case, I believe... and makes me worry even more for the youngest girl since he already killed mom and Adrienne (who was not biologically his).

This is something I wondered about (maybe 2nd child of the 3 might be his, or he thought so) but didn't want to go wild with speculation and possibly violate TOS.

I thought it was Kyliyah in his profile pic (could be mistaken)...altho I didn't find that pic in his album to see when he uploaded it.

This report says JoAnn was studying to become a teacher and was just a few classes away from completing her studies. How damn sad that she didn't get to fulfil her aspiration. Damn.

It also says that Gary is distraught. I can't even begin to fathom the awful misture of fear and grief he is dealing with right now. Two of his girls gone, and no idea where the other two are. That's a definition of pain - right there. I hope he is under medical care.

If Jo Annn Bain's vehicle was found abandoned 3 miles from their home - why hasn't there been any bolo for a vehicle associated w/Mayes? Obviously they made it down to Mississippi where the bodies of Jo Ann and Adrienne were found.

Please forgive my naivety in advance, but do any of you biker-informed brains have any opinions on whether or not many in the 1% follow daily national news?

Phrased another way, how likely would it be for AM to contact affiliated chums for help or a place to stay who might have zero idea that the girls aren't his and are considered missing & endangered?

It's worth noting that as of now, there are only 9 individuals on the FBI's 10 Most Wanted list....I know we see a lot of cases on here, but it wouldn't suprise me to see Mayes end up number 10.

*ping* A few details are beginning to come together now that we know TM and AM's mom are in custody.

I'd been wondering why LE seemed to be certain that Mayes had altered his appearance and the girls. I'd also wondered why LE seems so certain the two younger girls are with him.

I'm now betting that those details came from either of the two women in AM's life who are currently parked in jail. I hope that they've told LE this, and a whole lot more that's helpful to the investigation.

The FBI said Mayes may have altered his appearance and the appearance of the abducted family members. "We do have information that he has altered the appearances of everybody including himself, primarily from cutting their hair, FBI spokesman Joel Siskovic said.

Perhaps this was a conspiracy for AM and TM to have a family becuz she couldn't have a child (or was supportive of AM's belief that Alexandria is his bio child and then they would go on to have their own)?

I am almost positive that pic was Alexandria, not Kyliyah. Yes, she looks young but his pics were almost all uploaded summer of last year. And Kyliyah has a different look than Alexandria. Her nose, mouth are shaped different than Alexandria's.

Anyway, I believe the profile pic with him and the girl is Alexandria, and is proof that he thought she was his child. JMO
