Could he have made an underground room?

It is driving me crazy that they have not blurred the face of the child in the surveillance video. Why haven't they done that? I think it is irresponsible.

I believe they ask the parent if they dont want to be recognized they will cover their faces.
I believe thats the parents call!

Another day these girls haven't been found. I really think he wants them alive, but its hard enough to be the target of a manhunt alone - let alone with 2 children. Pleeease come home today girls :(

By the way his wife's sister is describing him, he doesn't sound like such a trustworthy character.

It makes u question why she waited so long to call LE if she actually did. Shouldn't she have been concerned at least for her sister's safety???

To me the 2 younger girls look so much a like. I personally can not see them having different dads.

It was clearly acceptable to the mother since she and her husband allowed him to hang out with the children.

Of course, he was a blood relative for GB's oldest daughter; AM is her uncle.

I am still very close to my ex-sil. My ex-sil had one daughter with my brother before they divorced. She's remarried and has two children with her second husband. They all call me Auntie Grainne and I regard them all as my nieces and nephew.

Just seems natural to treat them all the same. I would never want the two younger children to feel left out because to me, that's just plain mean.

And I get two more "relatives" out of the deal!

So GB and JB trusting AM and treating him as part of the family seems reasonable to me and not particularly weird.

I thought the same at first. But my half sister and I have different fathers and we look so much a like people ask if we are twins (and we are even 4 years apart). I've read around a bit, and I believe the youngest does have a different dad.

By the way his wife's sister is describing him, he doesn't sound like such a trustworthy character.

It's very common for both psychopaths and abusers to keep people compartmentalised and separated.

TM lived 80 miles away outside Guntown MS. The Bains lived in Hardeman County Tennessee. They probably never saw how he treated TM (or his own mother) because abusers are usually pretty careful about only abusing in the absence of witnesses.

Someone described AM as a "big kid in an adult body." Well, who else has been described that way recently? JERRY SANDUSKY!

And Sandusky had people fooled for decades.

You think that the mother of that child in the surveillance video approved of her daughter's image being associated with this sick and twisted man?
IMO, I disagree.

GREAT POST, HEINEKEMAN!!!!

Do we know what day that AM was interviewed by police? I didn't see that on your timeline. I know they wanted to hold him but didn't. They knew he was lying.

Also, AM lived about 90 minutes away from this family. I am curious as to how he was able to be such a presence in their everyday lives? That's a lot of driving, back and forth. And there was certainly an element of trust there if the girls' parents let them head out to a different state to stay with AM and TM sometimes.

Not quoting your post in order to save space on the thread page......

Thanks....good compilation of the information....could you add Adrienne to that list of family members? I know that she is mentioned in the first paragraph...but it just seems right that she should be listed separately as her sisters are...TIA

Clint van Zandt analysis included at end of above video. Cites potential "special relationship" between AM and JB and FBI "cone of silence" regarding possible (DNA?) evidence of relationship, including fact that FBI probably has answers.

Once again, the complex relationships between parties linked to this case are key to understading of motives and potential outcome.
