TM now says she was present when AM killed JB in the garage, but yet she tells her sister, after she hadn't talked to her for over ten years, JB was possibly having an affair with AM. So she was laying blame on JB to make an excuse of why she was part of all this horror, even after watching this poor woman and her child killed. What a sick twisted family.

Mary Frances Mayes, Adam's mother, has also been charged. She's accused of conspiracy to commit especially aggravated kidnapping.

Terry Dycus, Mary's attorney, told Action News 5 that she waants her son to turn himself in to authorities and hopes for the girls' safe return. She also claims she wasn't involved in her son's plot.

I mean I got the impression he wanted to be seen alone and with the short hair. I think that was part of his plan.

I'm trying to figure out what he would do after that if that was the purpose of appearing in a surveillance video.

This guy is a nut. No way those two pretty girls came from him. He "hopes" they are, or "wants" them to be, maybe. I don't even think he genuinely believes they are his - he just wishes and is using it as an excuse to live out his fantasy.

Hopefully he's nothing more than a stalker type. I think he is obsessed with them. They're cute kids, and he's probably lived a life of being teased for his looks, as a child especially, I'd bet. Hopefully he did not take them for any reason beyond wishing they were truly his. But I'd bet anything he knows they are not. Just wishes.

I think it is *BARELY* possible that Alexandria is his child, but not likely. However, I don't believe for a second that Kyliyah is his. So if he's convinced both are, I think maybe he is delusional. Again, here is a photo showing Gary Bain in the left in the only public photo I've seen, and AM on the right. Kyliyah has GB's nose shape, face shape, hair color, and ESPECIALLY mouth shape. It's quite distinctive in my opinion, and different from her older sisters' mouth shapes. JMO

If he uses drugs, he will eventually need to get some and I think that could trip him up.

Did they actually think they could convince LE and GB that JB just left with the kids, AM and TM suddenly have children? Convince all around them of that and the kids to go along with this scheme as well??

The kids are too old and smart for that.

That's possible but I suspect he realizes that the videos are in almost all stores. I just can't get past the fact I think he wanted to be seen.

I read earlier (please don't ask me for the links) that he'd sold a lot of his personal belongings, like the bike, etc, so I suspect he'd been planning this for a long time.

There had to be a plan to hide afterwards, he's got two children with him somewhere. I don't think he shared these plans with TM or his mom knowing they'd tell. I just don't think he is in this town. I also think he might be just a little bit smarter than we think he is.

This whole thing is upsetting like why did he kill JB and A? Why couldn't he have just taken the two girls? The only thing I can think of is he felt like JB betrayed him in some way.
