My son has autism. I cannot imagine hurting him for any reason, but I especially can’t imagine hurting him because he had an accident and peed on the floor. Kiddos on the spectrum process things differently, poor lil guy. The sheer terror of having his father beating him like that, and he was non-verbal and not able to communicate.... :::shutters::: There is a special place in Hell for that “father”. I hope they find him soon, just like they found LH.

Breaks my heart. Thinking of my own ASD son and all the kids he goes to school with and how loving, funny, smart, wholesome and innocent they all are despite their many communication challenges ... poor Joe Clyde. You deserved so much better. Parents who cared, parents who put you above their own selfish needs.

I do think that they are just buying time. Hoping evidence is slowly disappearing and the cause of death harder to determine. Its so selfish. If they get off I will lose a whole lot of faith. Surly they will break eventually.

It’s crazy to me how someone can tell you exactly how and why they killed another person and that isn’t enough to convict.

omg poor little boy couldn't even cry out or tell someone that he was being hurt
I know- that is just devastating. What is wrong with his mother that she didn't intervene? God help my husband or anybody that tries to hurt one of my children in front of me (and mine are all adults!), I'd grab whatever I could and hit his head so hard, he'd be unconscious so I could call for help and save my child. How could she do nothing?

Wasn’t there supposed to be another big search this weekend? I can’t find any info on it at all except this older article.

I wonder if it’s on hold due to the shooting of the officer and hunting for his killer? Although, I just found an article that he was arrested yesterday.

Praying this is the weekend little Joe Clyde is found!

Official search for Baby Joe Clyde's body resumes in Dickson
About 40 team members with Texas EquuSearch headed back out in Dickson County Saturday morning to search for the body of Baby Joe Clyde Daniels.
...
The plan was to utilize two power paragliders to check fields and ponds.

Highly trained search K9’s were also brought in from Kentucky, Alabama and Tennessee.

Crossing my fingers...

It's been more than eight weeks since anyone has seen the five-year-old.

No one has seen the blond-haired little boy with the infectious smile, and as volunteers search for his body, they're aware that he won't look the same.

"You can never be prepared for it. Never," said Ed Kriska, Tri-SAR Association search manager.

Tri-Sar is based out of St. Louis, and it's just one of three groups that came down to Dickson to help search the woods.

"It's slow, it's a slow process at this point in time. We're using the cadaver dogs. They can cover a whole lot more ground than we can," said Kriska.

Poor baby boy. It’s so hard for me to understand why they won’t share where he is. They are his mom and dad and he’s out there somewhere. Breaks my heart that even in death they can’t do Joe right. Has there been any talk about bringing in a PI to chat with the parents?

ETA: Oops I duplicated Insomnia Momma's post and I don't know where the "delete" option is once posted. Sorry.

I am so tired of Mommy's and Daddy's killing the baby's they are suppose to love. You gave birth to these kids. You promised them as soon as you walked out of that hospital you would take are of them, protect them from harm yet your the ones harming them ( in some cases bring in girlfriends/ boyfriends to kill them) . How could you o this? Why ? My heart breaks with every murdered child I read about.

DICKSON, TN (WSMV) -

Tragedy after tragedy has sent ripples through the Dickson County community.

The community is still desperately searching for the body of a 5-year-old boy whose father confessed to killing him two months ago. And now, they are faced with another tragedy – the murder of a husband, father and sheriff's deputy who fearlessly protected his community.

Today searchers were out scouring parts of Dickson County looking for the remains of Joe Clyde Daniels.

Search for body of little Joe continues as parents head to court
David Rader is the director of the Midwest chapter of Texas EquuSearch. His team of search and recovery specialists are back in Dickson with about 40 people looking for the 5-year-old’s body today.
...
On Saturday afternoon they found an area of interest at a local cemetery.

Dickson County sheriff, Jeff Bledsoe says they taped off the scene to investigate further, but it was a false alarm. It’s something volunteers say has happened several times before and is part of the process.

Parents will be in court tomorrow for preliminary hearings.

Could it be that Little Joe is further away and hidden like Lucas was. Lucas was found around 12-15 miles from home hidden under a bridge. I hope they are checking all possibilities. Of course I wish Joe would just tell where his son is at. Little Joe needs to be properly laid to rest!
