Maybe just maybe once and if he is found guilty he will reveal where baby Joe is. Right now he’s thinking he could get away with it and doesn’t want to jeopardize that. I hope to god that baby is found before then so they have a strong case against this monster.

I found Joe Clyde's case on page 16, sad that we have forgotten him just like his parents. This is the only news I could find about him.

The last announced search was July 7th.

If the DA decides to make this a death penalty case Daniels may be offered a plea agreement to take it off the table in exchange for his revealing Joe Clyde's location.

He's not going to skate on this - there's enough evidence to convince a jury even without a body and we may see Krystal getting a break if she agrees to testify against her husband. I'd hate to see her get a lesser sentenece but so be it if it takes Daniels off the street.

I’m praying he doesn’t skate, but every time I think no way they will get away with it, they do. I’d love to see the both of them locked up. While I don’t want him to enter a plea and get a lesser sentence, I’d love for baby Joe to be found and put to rest and some closure for the community.

DICKSON COUNTY, Tenn. — The grandparents of a little boy, reported missing back in April, are telling Fox 17 News they still think he's out there, alive.

These statements from Belle and "Big Joe" Daniels, despite the fact that their son has long been charged with the murder of Joe Clyde Daniels, who would have been six years old Monday.
His grandfather, "Big Joe," says without proof otherwise he maintains hope little Joe is still alive.

"I won't admit that he's gone until I actually seen him, but if he is gone he's in a place we'll be later," says Big Joe. "He will never be abused again or hurt."

Really?? Even though their son said he hid Little Joe in the woods? Do they think he's out there living in the woods??!!

The only way I know to get the quote in the tan box is to manually type the bb code in.

To do that you use square brackets and type [ quote ] at the beginning of the quote and [ /quote ] at the end, but remove the spaces I've put in.

Ugh. This case should be boxed, bagged and tagged. And put on the shelf to rot.

July 30 would have been Joe Clyde Daniel's sixth birthday. I don't think LE and the community are going to let his case sit on a shelf to rot. It may take time but I believe the justice train is rolling in and his despicable parents are going to be held responsible for their actions.
But it's hard waiting for it.
