Still have not heard of anything. Last report of when she may be in court was 2/1/22. It was stated that is when the will start jury selection.

I just listened to the Dec 1st Dickson County Chancery video and the judge said Krystal Daniels motion hearing is set for Dec 28th.

*Motions Hearing (@ am ET) – TN – Joseph “Joe Clyde” Daniels III (5) (April 3, 2018, Dickson; still missing) – *Krystal Nicole Daniels (27/now 30) “mom” arrested & charged (4/9/18) & indicted (6/8/18) with criminal responsibility aggravated child neglect & filing a false report. Charged (5/26/20) with criminal responsibility aggravated child neglect, accessory after the fact & making false reports to officers. Additional Charges & arraigned (9/14/21) with conspiracy to commit aggravated child abuse or neglect, filing a false report & evidence tampering or fabricating evidence. Plead not guilty. $1M bond.
Trial set to begin on 2/1/22 with jury selection. Jury will be chosen from Stewart County but the trial will be in Dickson County. Expected to last 10 days.

9/14/21 Update: Krystal Daniels was expected to appear in the courtroom Tuesday morning for a motions hearing, but the Dickson County jail she is in was under COVID-19 lockdown. Krystal was originally charged with aggravated child neglect in the death of her son, but now faces additional charges of conspiracy to commit aggravated child abuse or neglect, filing a false report & evidence tampering or fabricating evidence. Krystal did briefly appear in court Tuesday afternoon. Her attorney said she pleads not guilty. Her motions hearing has been moved to 11/12/21. Her trial is set to begin 2/1/22 & is expected to last 10 days.
11/12/21 Update: Next motions hearing on 12/28/21.
*Joseph Ray Daniels (28/now 31) “father” - Trial began on 6/1/21 to 6/11/21: Verdict: Guilty on 2nd degree murder (lesser offense), 1st degree murder in perpetration of a felony, aggravated child abuse, initiating a false report & tampering with evidence. Sentenced on 9/14/21 to 51 years in prison before eligible for parole.

Yes, he also made and posted his, possibly "how," video shortly after Joe Daniel's Conviction. Allegedly the evidence had been there some time ( car pieces), and I believe he stated that the guy had moved from the area not too long after that night.
I don't feel that ALL of the LE and searchers missed the car pieces, then the pieces continued to sit in or near thier spot for a long period of time. Out of the realm of possibility, no. Plausible, I don't think so.
This guy could however, have had some type of quilty knowledge or possibly could no longer live with the images of lil Joe and the what if's. Only time will tell.
Plus, where's Marshburn with this? Have I missed his statement on this? I figured he'd be all over it by now. Thanks in advance if I have missed it.

I think he may have taken a break from this case after the trial. I believe he may have received some backlash after going public with his observations.

State's witness TCI Special Agent in charge Ronnie Faulkner. He was sent over to do polygraph. Judge Wolfe will review the 6 hour video & transcript & will make his ruling on 1/7/22 @ 1:30pm in Cheatham County, as he as a 4-day trial in that County. Arguments to be filed by 1/4/22.
12/30/21 Update: Baby Joe witness reportedly dead. What we know as of 11:10pm. Early reports indicate that David McCormick has died as a result of a self inflected gun shot wound. McCormick is the man that testified that he believes he saw Baby Joe Clyde Daniel's down the road the night of his disappearance. Reportedly the TBI is on the scene. Developing.

At about the 25-minute mark in the video below, the Judge ruled that the post-polygraph test portion of Krystal's interview is admissable; but will be redacted to remove any references to the polygraph.
