Daniels says he got up around 11:30PM after Alex told him Joe peed on the floor. He went him and put him back to bed. He then woke up at 5:30, got Joe’s clothes ready, put them on the coffee table and realized he was gone.

This confession is hard for family to watch. Joseph’s parents both just left the court room. Joseph’s stepmother (Belle) is still here watching the video closely.

As we listen to this interview Joseph’s story slowly keeps changing. But the TBI agents keep pressing him to tell the truth when he says that’s all he knows.

About 4 hours into the actual interview, Joseph says he spanked Joe Clyde multiple times. He then said he saw him leave the house and run off.

Joseph admits to beating Joe Clyde several times with his fist. He says Alex saw what happened and threatened him. He says he put Joe Clyde in a car and drove him to a nearby field.

Around 7:25PM in the video Joseph breaks down after confessing to killing Joe. This goes on for a while. His stepmother is in the room trying to hold back tears.
